The Clinical Effect Observation On Therapy Of Tonify The Qi And Yin In Treating Hyperthyroidism

Purpose: through clinical observation using qi and nourishing Yin method in the treatment of patients with thyroid function hyperfunction symptoms improved and the clinical curative effect of evaluation, to study and evaluate the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of the disease, to explore the new ways and means of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of the disease.Method: selecting patients with hyperthyroidism patients with syndrome of qi and Yin deficiency type, a total of 60 patients, randomly divided into 2 groups, namely the traditional Chinese medicine intervention group(treatment group) and 30 cases of western medicine control group 30 cases(control group).Continuous observation of treatment are two, each course of 4 weeks, and recorded in the two groups before and after treatment in patients with thyroid function, clinical symptoms and signs, and heart rate data, and statistical analysis.Results: 1. The general data analysis: two groups of patients before age, sex, course of the disease, treatment of heart rate, thyroid function, Chinese medicine symptom integral and there was no significant difference(P>0.05), comparable.2.The research results: after treatment, two groups of thyroid function in patients with signs and symptoms, heart rate and improve.The treatment group in improving the thyroid function and heart rate is better than that in control group(P<0.05);Improving the clinical curative effect in patients with symptoms and signs, overall, the treatment group also is better than that of control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: according to the above results show that taking with qi and nourishing Yin method proposed, the formulas can significantly improve patients with thyroid function, heart rate and symptoms and signs.In addition, still can improve the patients compliance, establish the confidence of the long-term treatment.As a result, qi and the possibility of treatment of thyroid function in port disease is quite worthy of further in-depth study.
