Objective: Implementation of DDH with varus osteotomy femoral trochanter, to explore the varus Angle of femoral neck stem Angle, stem epiphyseal Angle influence the efficacy of postoperative effect. For children with preoperative data such as postoperative femoral neck stem Angle, stem epiphyseal Angle, such as comparison, to evaluate postoperative function and x ray film, discuss the techniques and the existing problems in the clinical treatment of DDH, sum up experience, promote the clinical progress.Method: Chooseing patients who conformed to the standard of DDH in clinical, the implementation of joint rotation under open reduction and femoral trochanter in shortening osteotomy combined modified by Pemberton acetabulum keratoplasty, postoperatively standard time limit of limb fixation and functional exercise. Collected postoperative x line piece or more than half of three-dimensional CT image data, and activity, the hip function of preoperative limb postoperative femoral neck stem Angle, stem epiphyseal Angle for recording, and data analysis, and evaluation criteria proposed by JiShiJun and other congenital hip dislocation, a functional score.Results: All children are given under varus femoral trochanter osteotomy, a total of 53 patients with 80 hips.
