Objective: Through the analysis of ancient, modern and contemporary literatures and clinical cases, after excavation and investigation into drug treatment of hypomenorrhea's experience, law and prescription characteristics, the study will play an important role in improving the treatment level of hypomenorrhea.Methods: 1. According to a few ancient medical cases, establish the prescription database; 2. Standardize the language of the clinical medical records; 3. Analyze prescription data using "Chinese heritage Assist"(V2.5). Conclude the frequency of drugs related to hypomenorrhea and analyze the drugs of hypomenorrhea treatment : four gas flavors and Meridian. Use "Prescription Laws", and choose commonly used drug pairs, from which I combine them to analyze further. With software "improvements mutual information", analyze associating degree among traditional Chinese medicines. Using the software of "improved mutual information method" to analyze correlation between traditional Chinese medicine, the complex system entropy clustering, sifting 3-4 flavour is the core of drug combination, and analyzes the possible new prescription, further guide clinical drug use.Results: 1 Set up the prescription database of hypomenorrhea. 2. Use "TCM inheritance Assist"(V2.5) analytical tools to analyze commonly prescribed drugs for hypomenorrhea and conclude the commonly used drug class: tonic medicine, blood circulation drugs, qi medicine; mostly warm nature, sweet taste, hepatic, spleen, kidney; Finally, obtain core combination and the new combination by improving the mutual information and entropy-based statistical analysis of complex system clustering methodConclusions: By establishing hypomenorrhea prescription database, analyzing the prescription characteristics with "TCM inheritance Assist"(V2.5), setting up a standardized system of drug use, this study will play a guiding significance in the clinical use of this disease.
