The Clinical Research Of Bushen Zhuanggu Tablets Effect On The Early Treatment Of Nontraumatic Osteonecrosis Of The Femoral Head

Objective: To observe the effect of Bushen Zhuanggu tablets on the early non traumatic osteonecrosis of the femoral head.Methods: In the research, there are 80 patients randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and control group. The Bushen Zhuanggu tablets are taken in the treatment group, and the other taken Xianlinggubao capsule as the control group. We take patients' age, gender, Arco stage, tongue, tongue and pulse into account; and focus on image stabilization rate, Harris score and SF-36 scores as index of the efficacy evaluation. Liver and kidney function are observed as the index of drug safety before and after treatment.Results: The Harris score results show: after three months treatment, there was no statistical difference between the treatment and control group during the effect index of Harris score, degree of pain, function, lower limb deformity and hip range of motion(P > 0.05), but there existed statistical difference after 6 months treatment except the index of lower limb deformity(P < 0.05). The results of imaging stability showed that the stable rate of treatment group in stage one was 100%, the control group was 83.3%, and the stability rate of treatment group in stage two was 82.35%, the control group 73.53%. Evaluation of the quality of life(SF 36 score) showed that there was no statistical difference between two groups after the three months treatment in physiological function, physical function, bodily pain, general health, vitality, social function, emotional function and mental health of eight dimensions(P > 0.05), but there existed statistical difference after 6 months treatment in 4 dimensions of physical pain, vitality, emotional function and mental health(P < 0.05). There was no statistical difference between two groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05), which didn't have any side effect in liver and kidney function.Conclusion: Bushen Zhuanggu tablets can significantly relieved pain, dysfunction, hip joint activities limited clinical symptoms, also improved the image stable rate and the quality of life of patients in the treatment of nontraumatic osteonecrosis of the femoral head. Compared with Xianling Gubao capsule, there was significantly efficacy after the 6 months treatment in the Bushen Zhuanggu group with less side effects.
