Combinastion Use Of Jianpi Bushen Jiangzhuo Decoction With Febuxostst Clinical Research For The Treatment Of Chronic Gout Arthritis

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of the treatment of chronic gout arthritis by the combination of the traditional Chinese medicine compound prescription of Jianpi Bushen Jiangzhuo decoction and febuxostst.Methods: Using randomized open controlled and third-person evaluated methods,60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group was given Jianpi Bushen Jiangzhuo decoction combined with febuxostst(You Litong dose of 40 mg /slice),40 mg QD, for 4 weeks.The control group was given febuxostst 40 mg QD for the first 2 weeks.If they had no obvious discomfort during the two weeks,increase the dose of febuxostst to 80 mg QD and take this dose for another 2 weeks. Evaluatehe the clinical efficacy and safety of drug use of two groups after the treatment of 2 weeks(Stage I) and 4 weeks(Stage II).Results: After the treatment in stage I in the experimental group, the overall clinical efficacy is better than that of control group, the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05); phase II after treatment the curative effects of the two groups in lowering the serum uric acid level in patients, joint pain vas scale, joint pain, swelling degree showed no significant difference(P > 0.05);the effect of experimental group is better than control group(P < 0.05) in reducing the TCM syndrome score of the experimental group, and the difference is mainly reflected in three aspects of heavy limbs, fatigue, tongue and pulse condition. After two periods of treatment, the relapse rate of this two groups had no statistical significance(P > 0.05), and during the treatment patients in any group were not found liver and kidneyfunction and abnormal changes in cardiac function, no other adverse events, so the drug safety is good;II in the treatment of patients in the experimental group than the control group daily cost savings of about 6.8 yuan.Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine prescription for Jianpi Bushen Jiangzhuo decoction has significant curative effect on the chronic phase of gout arthritis, and when if is combinded with febuxostst, it can daily reduce the amount of the drug dose 20 mg, save the cost and improve the curative effect.
