Analysis On Ying-Wei Theory In Three-Yin-Three-Yang Dialectical System

Objective: This article is aimed to research and discuss the physiology, pathology as well as the treatment of Ying-Wei, which reflected in the dialectical system of Three-Yin-Three-Yang theory in Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Disease. It concludes the application disciplines of Ying-Wei in Three-Yin-Three-Yang theory, in order to enrich the content of the dialectical system in Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Disease.Methods: This article stands from the perspective of Ying-Wei, and combines with the theoretical description and research overview of Ying-Wei theory in Inner Canon of Huangdi, it pursues the answer of the objective using logic methods of analysis and induction.Results: Qi circling around the human's body mainly consists of Ying-Wei, so the imbalance and disorder of Ying Wei is the most fundamental basis of pathology. Ying-Wei doesn't only exist in Taiyang, it circulates all over the human body and both inner and outer. Which means if there is any disharmony of Ying-Wei, it will not only cause the Taiyang disease, but also show sickness in all the channels of Three-Yin-Three-Yang. In addition, the consequence is not static, but dynamic, interrelated and progressively step by step.Conclusion: From the prospective of Ying Wei to illustrate Three-Yin-Three-Yang dialectical system, this article fully demonstrates the physiological status and the pathological change of Ying Wei in the system, and has certain value to guide clinical practice.
