Aging Resistance Of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa Pneumonia Type Evolution Rule Of Syndrome And Inflammation Index Correlation Research

Objective: Explore elderly resistant pseudomonas aeruginosa pneumonia the evolution law of TCM syndrome and the correlation with indicators of inflammation, to explore new ideas to clinical treatment.Methods: Collected in September 2014- March 2016 affiliated hospital of shandong university of TCM in severe medicine elderly resistant pseudomonas aeruginosa pneumonia 60 cases. Based on inflammatory biomarkers in patients with different time points and TCM syndrome types were analyzed, and investigate drug resistance of elderly pseudomonas aeruginosa pneumonia type evolution rule of syndrome and the correlation with indicators of inflammation.Results: According to inflammation index changes in 60 cases of patients with different time points and the distribution of TCM syndrome types, patients with unknown infection reaches its peak in the seventh day, the WBC, CRP and PCT, body temperature and phlegm is at its peak value, appear platelet reactivity is reduced, the 14 th day arrived late, the WBC,CRP and PCT, body temperature and gradually reduce, sputum volume increased platelet,the indicators are tending to normal; Into group 1 day of TCM syndrome types in indicates lung phlegm heat the most, followed by hot wind make lung syndrome, into the group of 7days of TCM syndrome type in lung and stomach’s hotness most, followed by phlegm heat indicates pulmonary, hot closed cardiac syndrome significantly increased, the group of 14 days of TCM syndrome type with qi and Yin deficiency syndrome, the most evil stuck is totake off the card also increased significantly.Conclusion: Resistant elderly pseudomonas aeruginosa pneumonia day 1 mainly for phlegm heat indicates pulmonary syndrome, 7 days for lung and stomach’s hotness, 14 days is transformed into qi and Yin deficiency syndrome; Evolution and TCM syndrome types associated with inflammation;Inflammation index can be used as a kind of symptoms,and class index is used to help determine aging resistance of pseudomonas aeruginosa pneumonia syndrome in TCM.
