| Objective: Based on TCM inheritance support system(V2.5),analysis professor Zhang Minghe's herbal administration experience for Ankylosing Spondylitis.Methods:Professor Zhang Minghe collection of AS treated by medical recorded,recorded in the “TCM inheritance support system(V2.5)”,the rules of the software integration analysis,improved mutural information method,complex system entropy clustering and unsupervised hicrarchical clustering methord of entropy,using analysis of experience of professor Zhang Minghehe treatment for AS.Results: Analysis of 202 prescriptions were selected,determine various drug prescription in the professor of use,the association rules between drugs,develop core combinations of 8,4 new prescription.Conclusion:Through the analysis of Zhang Minghe Professor of clinical medicine,the data mining results should be combined with traditional Chinese medicine theory under the premise of analysis in order to better use in clinical practice. |
