Study On The Influencing Factors Of Early Threatened Abortion And Its Relationship With The Constitution Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Purpose: By analyzing the influencing factors of early threatened abortion patients and the distribution of physical distribution, and explore the relationship between the influencing factors and physical types, to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of Early Threatened Abortion and clinical diagnosis and treatment.Method: According to the method of clinical epidemiological investigation, design unified health questionnaire and general situation table, choose between January 2015 and January 2016 in affiliated hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine gynecology hospital early threatened abortion patients and pregnant early pregnancy women with no symptoms of threatened abortion, through the form of questionnaire survey, collecting and sorting the basic information of the two groups of patients, the effective data into Excel, using SPSS17.0 statistical software for statistical analysis of data.Results:1. The findings of this study show that there is a correlation between the number of pregnancy, natural abortion history, a history of induced abortion and threatened abortion in the first trimester. Early threatened abortion group has the largest number of deficiency of the corpus phase, accounting for 77% of the total number of people with hypothyroidism accounted for 17%.2. The early threatened abortion patients’ constitution types are in the majority with Yang deficiency quality, followed by Qi deficiency quality, accounting for 37% and 25%, respectively; while in normal pregnant women with gentleness is more common, accounting for 52%.3. Yang deficiency constitution in early threatened abortion group accounted for 37%, and in normal pregnancy group accounted for only 11%; the constitution of qi deficiency in early threatened abortion group accounted for 25%, while in normal pregnancy group accounted for only 10%. Therefore, early threatened abortion occured development and TCM constitution type is closely related, Yang deficiency, Qi deficiency are for a good physique with early threatened abortion.4. The physical types of early threatened abortion patients increased with the number of pregnancy, reduced the proportion accounted for the Yang deficiency, qi stagnation, and Qi deficiency and yin deficiency constitution proportion increased. That increase of the number of pregnancy has certain correlation with physique. The survey has found that the deficiency of the corpus function of corpus deficiency is mainly due to the deficiency of Qi, and the deficiency of the thyroid function is mainly due to Yang deficiency.Conclusion: Pregnancy and delivery times, natural history of abortion, induced abortion history, inadequate luteal function may have certain effect on early threatened abortion, due to a thyroid function impaired proportion accounted for 17%, still can not explain the hypothyroidism is more prone to threatened abortion. This may be due to the small sample size, and cases of collection is more limited, pending further study. Early threatened abortion patients with the existence of a biased constitution, in which Yang deficiency, Qi deficiency may be the Early Threatened Abortion of a good hair. The physical types of early threatened abortion patients increased with the number of pregnancy, reduced the proportion accounted for the Yang deficiency, qi stagnation, and Qi deficiency and yin deficiency constitution proportion increased. The survey has found that the deficiency of the corpus function of corpus deficiency is mainly due to the deficiency of Qi, and the deficiency of the thyroid function is mainly due to Yang deficiency. Constitution is adjustable, so the appropriate preventive measures for the physical fitness, is an effective way to prevent early threatened abortion.
