Objective: In hospital acquired infections, Acinetobacter baumannii is one of the most important pathogens, low immune function, basic diseases more susceptible to infection.Acinetobacter baumannii can cause bacteremia urinary tract infections ?meningitis?endocarditis?surgical site infections?pneumonia and other diseases. Acinetobacter baumannii is resistant to commonly used antibiotics, mainly due to its strong ability to obtain the ability of resistance and cloning. The overuse of antibiotics and the problem of multi drug resistance have become more and more difficult for the treatment of Acinetobacter baumannii, the mortality rate of patients with resistant Acinetobacter baumannii pneumonia was also increased. The treatment of infectious diseases in Chinese medicine has its own unique characteristics. Therefore, this article through the study of the pathogenesis and symptoms of drug resistant bacteria pneumonia, summarize the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in patients with drug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii pneumonia. Therefore, this article through the study of drug resistant bacteria pneumonia symptoms and inflammation index correlation, for the treatment of resistant Acinetobacter baumannii pneumonia infection to provide a basis for treatment. Methods: Select 60 cases of sputum culture results were divided into drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii pneumonia patients. Record the related clinical data(including the basic information, symptoms, tongue and pulse and laboratory etc), establish database, the method of frequency description was used to describe the distribution of symptoms andsigns in the patients, the distribution of syndromes by using the cluster analysis method, statistical analysis.Result:1. Resistant Acinetobacter baumannii pneumonia in patients with more than male dominated, with an average age of 74.79 + 12.08 years old, containing a variety of chronic diseases, invasive operation and many other features.2. 60 cases of sputum culture results showed multiple drug resistance, for ring, resistant rate was only 8.2%, amikacin was 16.7%, levofloxacin, Cefoperazone / sulbactam resistance rate is about 50%, the rest of the drug resistance was at about 80%.3. 60 cases of patients with respiratory symptoms appears the frequency high are, in turn, cough, fever, chest tightness, wheezing, yellow sputum, phlegm, dry stool, tongue like high frequency is red tongue, dark red tongue, pulse a new frequency high in turn is slippery pulse, taut pulse, thready pulse, deep pulse, pulse number. Common syndrome more common in phlegm heat obstructing the lung, lung and stomach Sheng, Qi and yin deficiency.4. Statistics on the first day of PCT index in every syndrome type distribution, F=0.857, P= 0.022 < 0. 05, statistically significant, indicating that the PCT is of differences between the various syndromes, sorted by the mean size: phlegm heat obstructing the lung > lung and stomach Sheng > evil depression being off >deficiency of both Qi and Yin> wind heat invading lung >heat closed pericardium.Conclusion:1.Resistance Bauman real basic syndromes are common patients with pneumonia caused by phlegm heat obstructing the lung, Qi and yin deficiency, lung and stomach heat;2.The first day and the seventh day inflammatory index WBC, CRP and the syndrome type were not found in the first and day of the drug resistant Acinetobacter pneumonia patients. The first day of each syndrome type was related to the PCT index, and no correlation was found between the seventh days.
