Objective: To investigate the effect of yaoshu point anesthesia combined sedatives in anorectal surgery. Methods: Six hundred inpatients undergoing anorectal surgery in 1~5 month were randomly divided into three groups(200 inpatients per group): D group: yaoshu point anesthesia combined dexmedetomidine. Dexmedetomidine(0.5ug/kg) was pumped into vein in 15 min, and yaoshu point anesthesia was performed after 15min; M group: yaoshu point anesthesia combined midazolam. Midazolam(0.03mg/kg) was injected intravenously, and yaoshu point anesthesia was performed after 15min; W group: only yaoshu point anesthesia without application of sedation. Yaoshu point anesthesia in three groups was performed in 3~5min with 2% lidocaine(5ml) + 1% ropivacaine(10ml) + 0.9% sodium chloride(5ml). Durning the operation, dexmedetomidine and midazolam were given in group D and M. None ancillary drugs were used in group W. The vital signs including heart rate(HR), arterial oxygen saturation(SpO2) and mean arterial pressure(MAP) were recorded at three different time points. Meanwhile, anesthesia effect, muscle relaxant, sedation, comfort, stretch reflex, adverse reaction and demand of analgesic were recorded in three groups. Results: Compared with the W group, there were significant improvement in HR, MAP, anesthesia effect, muscle relaxant, sedation, comfort, stretch reflex and demand of analgesic in M and D groups. The sedation, HR and MAP in M group were better than D group(P<0.05). The muscle relaxant, stretch reflex and demand of analgesic were better in D group than M group(P<0.05).Conclusions: Combination of yaoshu anesthesia and sedative is effective in improving the anesthesia effect, sedation, muscle relaxant and comfort in anorectal surgery.
