Objective: Through clinical epidemiology investigation in patients with premature ovarian failure,to explore the close relationship between premature ovarian failure and the physical type,the susceptible physique of premature ovarian failure and its related factors. According to the survey, we could sum up the effective prevention to control the incidence of premature ovarian failure. Methods: Follow the clinical epidemiological investigation methods, we designed a unified general situation questionnaire, physical survey,Mental state assessment,questionnaire survey was conducted on premature ovarian failure and healthy women.Results: Through the clinical investigation, we found that that most of patients with premature ovarian failure were qi Stagnation, yang-deficiency physique and qi-deficiency physique. Survey found that The incidence Of premature ovarian failure is related to genetic factors, Mental stimulation, Diet weight, history of abortion and other factors closely.Conclusion: Patients with premature ovarian failure have a unique type of physical distribution.Qi Stagnation, yang-deficiency physique and qi-deficiency physique were the susceptible physique of premature ovarian failure;Family history, Mental stimulation, Diet weight, History of induced abortion,ovarian surgery,History of mumps, autoimmune disease is the risk factors of premature ovarian failure.
