Objective: This research color doppler ultrasonic on Aloka a10 diagnostic apparatus and GE signa HDx3.0T on neonatal hypoxic-ischemic brain damage imaging diagnosis analysis and observation of the main pathological changes of the radiographic signs, WDI-ADC explore color Doppler ultrasound blood flow parameters and MRI value tests of statistical significance. Established between ultrasound, MRI and clinical contact, use convenient, ultrasonic economy, repeated testing, provide valuable information for clinical. Methods: 105 cases of 2015.6-2016.1 months in full-term neonates hospitalized in Dezhou People's Hospital, and the exclusion of congenital disease, intrauterine infection or organ dysfunction. Were examined by color Doppler ultrasound and magnetic resonance examination 2 weeks after birth. The image of comprehensive evaluation, on hemodynamic indexes(diastolic velocity VD,systolic velocity VS, resistance index(RI), pulsatility index(PI) and diffusion weighted imaging(DWI) index(ADC) was used for statistical analysis. Results: MRI DWI-ADC and color Doppler ultrasound vs, RI parameters of HIE in the light of recombination between longitudinal evaluation there are differences, P < 0.05, with statistical significance, MRI is better than the whole ultrasonic; horizontal comparison there is a correlation between, ultrasound and MRI diagnosis of complementary, for clinical provide more timely information about the disease.
