Clinical Observation Of The Treatment Of Multiple Myeloma With The Combination Of VAD Regimen And Gubi Yishen Huoxue Decoction

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Gubi Yishen Huoxue Decoction Combined with VAD chemotherapy on MM.Methods: 40 cases of multiple myeloma patients, using random number table, they were divided into two groups, the observation group(n = 20) and give Gubi Yishen Huoxue Decoction Combined with VAD chemotherapy and 20 cases in the control group, only with VAD chemotherapy. To observe the improvement of treatment, the patients in the two groups before and after treatment, clinical symptoms and state of life, the proportion of plasma cells in bone marrow, M protein, peripheral hemogram, beta 2 microspheres protein, blood urea nitrogen, creatinine physicochemical index, and the side effects of chemotherapy.Results: the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, improve the quality of life, reduce the side effects of chemotherapy, curative effect is better than the chemotherapy alone group.Conclusion: the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has good curative effect in treating MM, Gubi Yishen Huoxue Decoction plays a regulatory role in the overall, embodies the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.
