Objective: Through the long after posterior segmental pedicle screw rod system for ankylosing spondylitis patients of thoracolumbar Andersson lesion effect of the treatment of fracture and treatment, to provide certain reference basis for clinic. Methods: Statistics in March 2009 to October 2015 in the affiliated hospital of shandong university of TCM spinal orthopedic ward and wards in the hospital and in the hospital or the outer court accept li rheumatism lead long by the posterior segmental pedicle screw rod system and internal fixation treatment of ankylosing spondylitis with thoracolumbar Andersson lesion of fracture patients. Adopt outpatient care after discharge, in the form of telephone pays a return visit and follow-up, collected 14 cases of mining into the standard and complete data of the patients. Collect and analysis before and after surgery in patients with protrusion deformity after Cobb Angle, vertebral body compression fracture rate, VAS pain score and relevant data, using SPSS19.0 software, were analyzed retrospectively to observe the efficacy of treatment. Results: Analysis into the collection of 14 patients with regular review or review, review review time for 9 months to 6 years, an average of 2 years, found that 14 patients after the operation of the protruding after deformed Cobb Angle, vertebral body compression fracture rate, VAS pain score all have different degrees of improvement and ease, the data statistical analysis found that protrusion deformity after average Cobb Angle by preoperative 51.09 ° to postoperative 38.13 °; Vertebral fractures in average compression ratio by preoperative 30% of the postoperative; VAS pain score of postoperative mean by preoperative 7.5; Analysis of the relevant data before and after operation have significant difference in statistics. Conclusion: For ankylosing spondylitis with thoracolumbar Andersson lesion damage taken by posterior segmental pedicle screw rod fixation system, through the analysis found that the procedure can be corrected after vertebral fractures and ankylosing spondylitis caused by the protrusion deformity, and restore normal sequence between spinal vertebral body, at the same time to strengthen the stability of thoracolumbar, and improve the nerve compression symptoms, and prevent further damage of nerve, effect.
