Analysis Of 164 Cases Of Pediatric Outpatient Prescription Medication Of Constipation

Objective:TCM inheritance system based on "(V2.5)" software,analysis of pediatric constipation prescription drug law.Methods:To collect the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine in January 2012 to 2015 December outpatient pediatric constipation patients a total of 192 patients,screening and treatment formula used a total of 164,application of "traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance support system v2.5 software,to 164 prescriptions for statistical analysis,obtained the law of prescription drug,exploration of traditional Chinese medicine in treating infantile constipation of prescription drug ideas.Results:Statistical analysis of commonly used drugs for the treatment of constipation in children is 20,used a combination of drugs 13; association rules analysis of the prescription rules based on analysis by correlation degree above 0.022 medicine on a total of 84 on; based on complex system entropy clustering,3 ~ 5 herbs a core group of a total of 38 group is obtained; through software integration hierarchy entropy clustering algorithm,mining could be clustered into core combination of new prescription of 8 and further aggregated into a new prescription for a total of 8 in the first.Conclusion:Treatment of infantile constipation commonly used therapies including purging stomach, promote digestion and stagnation, regulating qi and relieving product, convergence nourishing Yin,fill the spleen and replenishing qi,Runchang Tongbian; treatment of children with constipation prescription drug laws are:Ganwen complement virtual SHUNQI,acrid opening and bitter to Yangyin Qingre,Qi blood drop.
