Initial visits age average 42.93 ± 36.019(month)(range: 16 days to 17 years),which initial visits age paragraph 1-2 years, has 74 cases, 2-3 years age paragraph, has 44 cases, 6-17 years age paragraph and the 3-4 years age paragraph respectively has 43 cases, and 30 cases, other age paragraph has 53 cases. The first time fracture the age average of 16.77, standard deviation of15.867. Pseudarthrosis site in proximal 1/3 was 4 cases, mid 1/3 was 107 cases and distal 1/3 was 138, with Crawford type ? was 11 case, Crawford type ? was 22, Crawford type ? was 31 cases, Crawford type ? was185 cases. 146 cases of fibular pseudarthrosis, location of which the fibular distal 1/3 was 141 case and this was the most than others, mid 1/3 was 3 case on and proximal 1/3 was 2 cases. 51 cases comes from hunan province were the most than others', Shandong province followed by 17 cases. NF in 148 cases. 15 cases with a family history of the NF. NF with a statistically significant differences in family history of NF(p<0.05), NF family history, side, fibular pseudarthrosis with no significant difference in different gender(p>0.05), and NF with a statistically significant differences in different gender(p<0.05).Conclusion: Males were more commom than females in CPT,about 2.3:1(males:females) in Hunan children's hospital. 2% bilateral involvement, pseudarthrosis mainly occur in the tibia and fibula mid 1/3 and distal 1/3, the age at initial visits to 42.93± 36.019 months. The first time fracture of the age were 16.77±15.867 months. 60.7% with NF, 6.1% have a family history of neurofibromatosis. The incidence of NF were difference in men and women patient in CPT, also in with NF family history and without NF family history.
