Objective: This paper study the NF1 affect the Prognosis of postoperative of Congenital pseudarthrosis of tibia. Methods: 64 cases of CPT with NF1 collected From 2007 April-2012 year in October whose Operation average age is(3.47±2.63)as the experimental group(boy 43,girl 21),which were treated with combined surgery. they were all followed up about(3.70±1.29)years. 25 cases(boy 21,girl 4) of CPT without NF1(control) whose Operation average age is( 3.55±2.24) followed up about(3.16±1.15) years.the results of followed up was assessed by Improved Ohnishi X line classification standard.Ankle eversion grading using the way of way of Malhotra, abnormal of tibia power line we used the measurement proposed by paley.Rsults: According the Improved Ohnishi X line classification standard. 52 cases healing, 5 cases delayed union, 7 cases non union; the control : 19 cases were cured, 1 cases delayed union, 5 cases non union. Showing the union rate of two groups have no statistical significance(P>0.05). On the other hand,The re-fracture rate also has no statistical significance(P>0.05) between two groups. Operation age(more than 3years or less than3years) showing has no statistical significance(P>0.05) in pseudarthrosis healing time. Malhotra ankle eversion classification: the experimental group and 9 cases of grade 0, 1 Grade 8 cases, grade 2 in 16 cases, grade 3 in 31 cases; the control group of 0 cases 2, 1 Grade 9 cases, grade 2 in 8 cases, grade 3 in 6 cases. The two groups have no statistical significance(P>0.05).the CPT whether involved fibular or not of two groups also has no statistical significance(P>0.05),Two groups of abnormal angle line of force: The experimental group a LDFA:88.00 + 4.87, MPTA:91.08 + 6.05, LDTP:89.43 + 7.43; control group: a LDFA:84.08 + 18.16, MPTA:91.33 + 5.88, LDTP:90.15 + 5.70, results showing no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusions: According the study showing postoperative healing rate、healing time and hangover(include:refracture 、sequel deformity and change of limb alignment) in CPT with NF1 compare with CPT patients had no significant difference.
