Objective: Through finding out the constitution of urinary stone composition of children, Combined with children's age, sex, location, etc,to providimg theoretical guidance for the pediatric urinary calculi treatment and prevention of stone recurrence,and roviding important reference for the Clinical study of child urinary calculi researchers.Methods: Collecting children specimen 207 cases of urinary calculi of Hunan Children's Hospital from December 2014 to June 2015 by different surgical methods, Infrared spectroscopy qualitative analysis of its chemical composition, Composition and comparative analysis of gender, age and location with the clinical information.Results: The incidence of male children than female children of 207 cases of urinary calculi specimens children, it ratio of 3.40: 1; The peak incidence age 3 to 6 years old, accounting for 33.33%; Higher than the incidence of upper urinary tract, a ratio of 2.98: 1; Single component is calcium oxalate stones, accounting for 30.43%, It followed urate stones, accounting for 6.28%; Mixing ingredients are calcium oxalate stones + urate ingredient most, accounting for 15.94%, Followed by calcium oxalate + carbonated apatite, accounting for 14.49%; Upper urinary tract stones ingredient is calcium oxalate + urate component, accounting for 24.32%, Lower urinary tract stones ingredient is calcium oxalate + carbonated apatite, accounting for 9.91%.Conclusion:1?Children urinary calculi occur in male children,and no difference in the incidence of sex;2?Mainly single component is calcium oxalate of the children urinary calculi;There are differences in ingredients mixed stones in the upper and lower urinary tract, the upper urinary calcium is calcium oxalate+ urate,and the lower urinary calcium is calcium oxalate+ carbonated apatite.3?there are differences between men and women of the mixed Composition, calcium oxalate+urate is the main component of the male children,and the calcium oxalate+ carbonated apatite is the main component of the male children;Stone composition different from the configuration of different ages.
