Objective A sample survey of teaching staff in a university, To Understanding the cognition and demand of the mobile health service of University Teachers,Discussion on the influencing factors of mobile health service demand, Providing scientific basis for the further advancement of mobile health services.Method In a university faculty in Hunan Province as the research object, the use of health status scale(SF-36) mobile health services survey and understanding of the needs, Sociological its demographic characteristics, health status, health awareness and demand for mobile services for investigation. By trained investigators face to face interview survey, completed questionnaires by the subjects themselves, and check on the spot and recovered. Using Epi Data software to establish a database,and import SPSS19.0 statistical analysis software for data processing.Statistical methods using the t test, analysis of variance, chi-square test and correlation analysis. ? value of 0.05.Results(1) The total recovery of 997 copies of questionnaires, 986 valid questionnaires, the effective rate was 98.90%.(2) the overall health status of the staff and workers:The overall score was relatively low, for(77.31 ± 16.45) points, the score of physical health comprehensive content evaluation(78.28 ±17.12) was higher than the score of mental health comprehensive content(76.35 ± 19.01).Socio demographic factors,Age, professional title, marital status and other factors on the overall health status of the staff were statistically significant(P<0.05).( 3) Staff attention to health knowledge and its influencing factors:Health care accounted for 28.51 percent, the factors were age,working conditions, job title, education level, marital status, shared situation; Diagnosis and treatment of diseases accounted for 11.20%,the factors were gender, age, working conditions, education; Exercise accounting for 29.83%,the factors were age, incumbency, education;Healthy weight loss accounted for 8.75%, the impact factors of gender,age, working conditions; Health science knowledge accounted for18.57%, and its influencing factors were age, working conditions, job and education level.(4)Faculty mobile health service demand and its impact factors: "Health counseling and health education" accounted for 29.59%; "Online appointment registration" accounted for 14.12 percent; "Diagnosis and treatment of disease," accounting for 13.06%; "Health Management forthe parents' share of 9.62%;" Under the guidance of a doctor healthy self-management " accounting for 12.62%;" Online consumers in "accounting for 4.35%;" Managing lifestyle behaviors " accounting for9.28%;" Unclear " accounted for 7.35%. Education level of these eight are affected, respectively, shared situation " disease diagnosis and treatment, "and " health management parents' influence.Conclusion This study shows that the overall health status of the staff is lower than the general population;The physical health of college teachers is better than that of mental health, and the measures should be taken to improve their mental health;Age, professional title and marital status are the factors that affect the health of college teachers;University Faculty and staff on mobile health awareness is generally low, although there is a certain understanding of mobile health services, but the utilization rate is low;Age, working conditions, degree of education staff in Colleges and universities focus on important factors and health needs for health knowledge.
