Jichuanjian Add And Subtract In The Treatment Of Rectum Prolapse (Kidney Yang Deficiency Type) Of Clinical Research

Purpose: Application of jichuanjian add and subtract in the treatment of rectum prolapse(kidney Yang deficiency type),and kidney shot,golden watch jichuanjian decoction treatment of rectum prolapse(kidney Yang deficiency type)the efficacy and safety.Method: Choose the rectum prolapse syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine for 60 patients with kidney Yang deficiency type,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases each,the treatment group treated by Chinese medicine economic jichuanjian add and subtract,control group adopts golden kidney pills oral treatment,each course,7 days,a total of four treatment were followed up for 3 months.Observation of patients after treatment time,daily stool frequency,the toilet every time move bowels not feeling,shit character,anal belly plug feeling cold,lumbar debility,and cold limbs,pee qing long symptoms.Result: Treatment group was better than control group in main symptoms improved after treatment,secondary symptoms of toilet is not feeling,shit character and anus belly,congestion symptoms improved obviously better than that in control group,while in the secondary symptoms of lumbar debility,aversion to cold,and cold limbs and pee qing long symptoms improvement has no obvious difference was found between the two.And the treatment group in the treatment of patients with no adverse reactions occurred in the process,dhi jichuanjian add and subtract the drug is safe,reliable and suitable for clinical application.Conclusion: jichuanjian add and subtract in the treatment of rectum prolapse(kidney Yang deficiency type)has good treatment effect,safe and reliable.This study not only embodies the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine to treat disease,reduce the pain of the surgery,more patients with wide prospect of treatment.
