60 Cases Of Clinical Observation Of Detumescence Soup Cold Injection To Treat Acute Facial Dermatitis

Purpose: By observing the clinical efficacy for detumescence soup cold injection to treat acute facial contact dermatitis,while the statistical analysis of the differences between the two groups,it confirmed the clinical efficacy and safety of detumescence soup in the treatment of acute contact dermatitis,and a new approach for treatment of acute contact dermatitis.The nature of the clinical efficacy studies.Method: Observation of 60 patients with clinical diagnosis of acute facial contact dermatitis diagnostic criteria,using a random number table,randomized,patients were divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group(30 cases),the treatment group received detumescence soup cold spray treatment,and oral administration of cetirizine hydrochloride tablets;the control group was given the right amount of distilled water cold spray treatment and oral administration of cetirizine hydrochloride tablets.Five days for a course of treatment,were treated with two courses.Results: This paper demonstrated through clinical observation,In the treatment group,12 cases(40.0%)were cured,markedly effective in 9 cases(30.0%),effective in 5 cases(16.6%),4 cases(13.3%)were ineffective,the total efficiency of 86.7%;the control group cured in 9 cases(30.0%),8 cases were markedly effective(26.7%),effective in 6 cases(20.0%),invalid 7 cases(23.3%),the total effective rate was 76.7%.After statistical analysis,P <0.05,there are differences between the two groups,fully confirmed detumescence soup cold injection to treat acute facial contact dermatitis with obvious therapeutic effect,is better than the control group.Conclusion: The clinical observation studies show,detumescence soup cold injection to treat acute facial contact dermatitis has an curative effect,and adverse reactions in the treatment of a patient is more likely to be accepted method.
