| Purpose:Tranquilize the granule treating primary insomnia(heart kidney not pay)the clinical curative effect.Method:Study selection in Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese medicine encephalopathy clinic and treatment area for treatment of heart and kidney do not pay 72 cases of insomnia patients randomly to treatment group(38 cases)and control group(34 cases),the experimental observation of the treatment group off 8 cases of control group lost in 4 cases.Treatment group to be Qingxin Anshen granule in treating,Baile Mian capsule oral treatment was given to the control group,for a period of 8 weeks of clinical curative effect observation.The Pittsburgh sleep quality index,TCM syndrome score,TCM symptom score,TCM clinical curative effect score,and the sleep pattern(part)of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Result:Observation of the clinical curative effect,the treatment group can effectively reduce the Pittsburgh sleep quality index,TCM syndrome integral,the treatment effect of treatment group is better than the control group(P < 0.05),Chinese medicine clinical symptoms improvement in the treatment group than the control group,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 90%,control group,the total effective rate was 63.33%,the treatment group and the control group compared with significant difference(P < 0.01).By polysomnography to observe the treatment effect,Qingxin Anshen granule can obviously improve the sleep structure,prolong the time of deep sleep,and the difference is significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Tranquilize the particles heart kidney not pay type insomnia card curative effect significantly,especially for the improvement of the deep stage structure obvious advantages,fundamentally solve the patient's insomnia,worth clinical promotion. |
