| Purpose: This topic from the viscera,G,x,insult of through observation application Qingfei drink by the clinical therapeutic effect of re Bi Granule on treating pulmonary arthralgia Xie Sheng Bi phase(cold Rheum lying latent in the lung,lung collaterals Bizu),to verify the clinical curative effect of the drug,also can further reveal the disease mechanism,so as to bring hope to the majority of patients.Methods: Select 60 cases from Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine Department of pulmonary disease with set of conditions of the patients,which were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each with 30 cases in each,let patients in the observation group taking Qingfei drink by Tongbi Granule in the treatment and control group were treated by prednisone maintenance therapy.Through the observation before and after treatment the symptoms and lung high resolution CT,to clarify the therapeutic effect of two groups of different.Results: After 1 month clinical study,total efficiency of the observation group and the control group were 80% and 70% respectively,between the two groups total efficiency(P=0.307 > 0.05),and will be two sets of data comparison,we can draw a conclusion that observation group and the control group,the treatment effect of the disease did not differ,but of secondary symptoms improved,the observation group is superior to control group,such as joint pain,aversion to cold.Conclusion: After contrast the curative effect that application Qingfei drink by Bi Granule on treating pulmonary arthralgia cold drink volts lung,lung collaterals Bizu in relieving cough,sputum,dyspnea and symptoms and hormone application curative effect is the same,but to alleviate joint pain and swelling of the limbs to due to hormone therapy,but also has convenient usage,adverse reactions less,easy to carry,etc.,with extensive application and popularization value. |
