Application Of Data Mining Technology Professor Zhao Zhenchang Experience In The Treatment Of Gouty Nephropathy

Objective: traditional medicine in the treatment of gouty nephropathy,to improve symptoms,slow the progression of the effect is significant,it is the use of data mining experience and technology Professor Zhao Zhenchang gouty nephropathy organize excavation,analyze its differentiation characteristics,summarized its drug laws,thus Professor Zhao Zhenchang old Chinese tradition of academic experience.Methods: from May 2013 to December 2015 in the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Professor Zhao Zhenchang clinics,outpatient medical records of patients diagnosed with gouty nephropathy,were collected 261 prescriptions.The use of "contemporary name old traditional Chinese medical case analysis Mining System(V5.1)",on the entry of traditional Chinese medicine prescription data mining and analysis,summed up Professor Zhao Zhenchang gouty nephropathy drug laws and characteristics.Results: In this study,73 cases were collected from medical records,70 cases were male and 3 females,male to female ratio of 23.3: 1,a total of 261 prescriptions,clinical symptoms total of 95,according to the "statistical frequency" descending order,came in before the 10 symptoms were: fatigue,dark urine,muddy joints,backache,irritability,bloating,back pain,dry mouth,then sticky,bad for the joints;all medical syndrome type statistics,there were five types heat Accumulation syndrome,meridians stasis syndrome,stagnant cold phlegm syndrome,blood deficiency syndrome,yin and yang deficiency syndrome.Total prescription 261,total 95 drug taste,overall drug use frequency 3732,an average of 14.3 per square herb.Medication frequency calculations,frequency of administration,more than 10% of the drug were 63 flavor.From high to low frequency before 10 were: dogwood,soil Poria,Astragalus,foxglove,Shi Wei,habitat,herb,Treats,rhizome,Pittosporum skin,the main use of tonic,antipyretic,rheumatism medicine,diuresis Shenshi medicine,blood medicine and other effects of the drug.Conclusion: 1,gouty nephropathy pathogenesis: Basic kidney on,plus wind,cold,wet evils invading with a sense of hair;2,dialectical theory of governance: Professor Zhao Zhenchang gouty nephropathy first sub-acute and intermittent further diagnosis and treatment,a total of five syndromes: heat Accumulation syndrome,meridians stasis syndrome,stagnant cold phlegm syndrome,blood deficiency syndrome,yin and yang deficiency syndrome,evidence-based treatment rule in order to heat and dampness,and stasis veins,phlegm and cold,giving the law to treat deficiency Qi Yin,warming kidney astringent refined based,and to Quxie;3,medication characteristics: hi rattan drugs cited meridians,with tophi hi with money grass,Bodhisattva,Gallus gallus domesticus and other drugs,and hypertension happy with Tianma,green Mengshi,arrowroot,Prunella,cassia and other drugs.
