Purpose: This research uses the treatment of ”Yiqi Huayu and benefits of water drum”,which used self designed “Qixiaoyin flavored with Chinese medicine Tazi treatment of ascites due to cirrhosis(syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis)”,by clinical observation,objective to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of “Qixiaoyin flavored with Chinese medicine Tazi treatment of ascites due to cirrhosis(syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis)”,which will help to explore more effective treatment of ascites due to cirrhosis.Method: The patients which got diagnosed in the liver spleen and stomach outpatient and inpatient were divided into two different groups.By randomized grouping principle,the treatment group was 36 cases and the control group was 36 cases as well.The treatment and control group were both given 4 weeks treatment.The control group used the protecting liver enzyme reduction?diuretic?human albumin infusion(HAI)?Fresh plasma?anti-infection?correcting electrolyte turbulence treatments.The treatment group would additionally increase the Chinese medicine Qixiaoyin drinking and Tazi in abdominal based on the control group.Analysis of statistics about curative effect of “Qixiaoyin flavored with Chinese medicine Tazi treatment of ascites due to cirrhosis(syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis)”.Observing the improvement of patients' weight?abdominal circumference?Ascites ultrasonography?liver function,etc.At last,sum up the effectiveness and safety of Qixiaoyin flavored with Chinese medicine Tazi treatment of ascites due to cirrhosis(syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis).Results: 1)?safety observation :observing safety indexes before and after treatment in both groups,two groups in the course of treatment has not been any adverse events.2)?comparison of curative effect: there were 6 in 36 patients were recovery in the control group,10 cases were significant effect,16 cases had effective and 4 cases were invalid.There were 10 in 36 patients were recovery in the treatment group,18 cases were significant effect,6 cases had effective and 2 cases were invalid.In the treatment group,the recovery rate is 16.7%,significant effective rate is 27.8%,effective rate is 44.4%,ineffective rate is 11.1%.In the control group,significant effect rate is 50%,effective rate is 16.6%,ineffective rate is 5.6%.The treatment group total effective rate is 94.4%,and the control group total effective rate is 88.9%%.3)? individual symptoms improvement after treatment: the symptoms of dim complexion,the treatment of two groups effect is not obvious difference(P>0.05),but symptoms of abdominal distention,fatigue,purpura,epigastric fullness after eating,and oliguria are different(P<0.05),the treatment group is obviously better than the comparison group.4)? comparison the curative effect after treatment: The portal vein diameter of two groups of treatment effect is not obvious difference(P>0.05),but in the aspects of improvement of liver function,decrease of girth in the abdomen,lose weight,24 hours increase urine output,reduce abdominal water in color ultrasound,the treatment group is obviously better than the comparison group(P<0.05).Conclusion: By analyzing the above data: Qixiaoyin flavored with Chinese medicine Tazi treatment of ascites due to cirrhosis(syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis)have significant effective in ascites retrogression?improvement of liver function and relieving symptoms,which give a further objective evaluation of the safety and effective to the Qixiaoyin flavored with Chinese medicine Tazi treatment of ascites due to cirrhosis(syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis),and prove it has the advantage in ascites due to cirrhosis(syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis).
