| Purpose: To observe the therapeutic effect of syndrome differentiation acupuncture and conventional acupuncture treatment on the patients with small pupil God.Whether there are differences,the former is better than the latter.Method: Application prospective study,randomized controlled method observed 60 cases 60 eyes patients(all cases were hospitalized in Department of Ophthalmology,Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2015 to January 2014),divided into treatment group and control group,the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture combined with conventional therapy of Western medicine,treatment group dialectically acupuncture combined with Western conventional treatment.Observation of treatment were compared between the two groups before and after the improvement in visual acuity,TCM symptoms score and disease recurrence.Result: After the treatment of two group,the total efficiency comparison.The treatment group was 96.67%,control group is 80%,two groups of difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),before and after the treatment,the improvement in visual acuity difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05),TCM syndrome score differences have statistical significance(P < 0.05)and to cure cases recurrence rate differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with syndrome differentiation and treatment of small pupil God is superior to conventional acupuncture treatment,can effectively improve the symptoms,delay the recurrence of the disease. |
