The Experimental Study On Influence Of QingLan Oral Liquid About Myocarditis Cell Model TNF-??IL-1??IL-6 Level

Purpose: Research and treatment of viral myocarditis new cyanine oral liquid on rats induced by escherichia coli lipopolysaccharide H9c2 myocarditis cell level of inflammatory factors,to explore effective method for the treatment of myocarditis.Method: With e.coli lipopolysaccharide induce H9c2 cardiac muscle cells of rats produce inflammation,myocarditis cell model is set up,after adding cyanine oral liquid cultivation system,nutrient solution was detected by ELISA method of TNF alpha,beta,IL-6,IL-1 level expression.Result:1.24 h after cyanine oral liquid treatment,compared with the blank group,model group increased myocardial cell expression of TNF alpha,there were significant differences(P <0.05).Group compared with model group,fructose Er LinSuanNa oral solution,cyanine mouth poison every dose group can reduce myocardial tissue expression of TNF alpha,there were significant differences(P < 0.01).Compared with group fructose ErLinSuan Na oral solution,cyanine oral liquid in each dose group can reduce rat myocardial cell expression of TNF alpha,significant differences,of which the most cyanine oral liquid high dose group significantly(P <0.01).2.24 h after cyanine oral liquid treatment,compared with the blank group,model group increased myocardial cell expression of TNF alpha,there were significant differences(P < 0.05).Group compared with model group,fructose ErLinSuanNa oral solution,cyanine mouth poison every dose group can reduce myocardial tissue IL-1 beta expression,there were significant differences(P < 0.01).Compared with group fructose Er LinSuanNa oral solution,cyanine oral liquid in each dose group can make rat myocardial cell IL-1 beta expression is reduced,there are significant differences,of which the most cyanine oral liquid high dose group significantly(P <0.01).3.24 h after cyanine oral liquid treatment,compared with the blank group,model group increased myocardial cell expression of TNF alpha,there were significant differences(P < 0.05).Group compared with model group,fructose ErLinSuanNa oral solution,cyanine mouth poison every dose group can reduce myocardial tissue expression of IL-6,there were significantdifferences(P < 0.01).Compared with group fructose Er LinSuanNa oral solution,cyanine oral liquid in each dose group can reduce rat myocardial cell IL-6 expression,there are significant differences,including the blue liquid high dose group of the most obvious(P < 0.01).Conclusion: Cyanine oral liquid by adjusting the TNF alpha beta,IL-6,IL-1 cytokine levels,can significantly reduce myocarditis cell damage,have good anti-inflammatory,antiviral effect,has therapeutic effect on myocarditis.
