Analysis And Optimization On Management Of Bedding And Clothing In Hospitals

As absolutely necessary resources,bedding and clothing in hospitals,which always represent figures of hospitals and staffs in hospitals,are usually equipped uniformly in most of our country's hospitals.In the meanwhile,through special design,bedding and clothing for patients in hospital are necessary for patients to use in order to give operations successfully.Warehouse for Bedding and Clothing(or Bedding and Clothing Center),which belongs to logistics department,is main department that having functions of management of bedding and clothing in hospitals.From the introduction of conception of management of hospital bedding and clothing,theory framework of optimization on management of hospital bedding and clothing was given.To study in a third-grade class-A hospital,management of hospital bedding and clothing was studied from two aspects.From warehouse management of bedding and clothing,respectively,managing clothing and clothing purchase,managing warehouse,inventory methods,using methods of bedding and clothing,wash managing,scrap managing and other important modules for detailed analysis,points out the problems exposed in the clothing warehouse management.Accounting financial management of bedding and clothing Center,business processes and clothing accounts were analyzed,and relations between business management and financial management of bedding and clothing were researched.Financial management analysis provided a new research point and financial data for optimization on business management of bedding and clothing.According to problems and deficiencies of hospital bedding and clothing management,the ABC method and the weighted classification method proposed in this paper,separately,to optimize content and layout of stock of bedding and clothing warehouse.In practice,the two methods improved service level of bedding and clothing warehouse,increased storage utilization,improved the efficiency of management of bedding and clothing warehouse.Last part,summary of research works of hospital bedding and clothing business management were given.As a global perspective,some ideas of linen management optimization were given,and direction of future researches was pointed out as well.This paper mainly analyzed bedding and clothing management under the logistical management system in hospital,and then tried to optimize bedding clothing management.From the macro perspective,it was to actively adapt to the development trend of hospital reform,and was an attempt on hospital reform and innovation.
