Objective: To investigate the correlation between serum tumor marker(squamous cell carcinoma antigen ? cancer antigen 125 ? carcino-embryonic antigen ?carbohydrate antigen 199)and the risk factors of cervical cancer. Methods:We collected 104 cervical cancer patients eliminated merger ovarian cancer, endometrial carcinoma, adenomyosis, uterine myoma, pelvic endometriosis and other gynecological diseases and preoperative adopted auxiliary treatment, and who were diagnosed and treated in department of gynecology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Da Lian Medical University during Jan.2010 and Dec.2015.These patients in our hospital all have redical hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy.Immunized with chemical method, determination of serum SCCA,CEA,CA125,CA199 levels in patients preoperative.Analysis of the correlation between tumor markers and cervical cancer histopathological type, clinical stage and risk factors. The risk factors include tumor diameter size, lymphatic metastasis, positive vascular nervous system, parametrial infiltration.the results were analyzed by SPSS19.0 statistical analysis software,P<0.05 was considered to indicate a statistically significant difference. Results: CEA was highly associate with tumor size?4cm and lymph nodemetastasis(P < 0.05).The cutoff value of CEA was 5.89ng/ml;6.05ng/ml(The sensitivity and specificity of 95% CI was 60%;67% and 71%;66%)?The serum level of CA125 was significantly increased with the development of tumor diameter(P<0.05)? differentiation degree lower(P<0.05)and lymphatic metastasis(P<0.05).The cutoff value which predict tumor size?4cm and lymphatic metastasis of CA125 was 39.85U/ml;42.74U/ml(The sensitivity and specificity of 95% CI was 36%;83% and 92%;52%)? The level of CA199 was significantly increased with the development of tumor diameter(P<0.05)?invasion(P<0.05)and lymph vascular space invasion(P<0.05).The cutoff value which predict tumor size?4cm ?invasion depth?1/2and lymph vascular space invasion of CA199 was 31.14U/ml;31.21 U/ml;30.16U/ml(The sensitivity and specificity of 95% CI was 69%;71%;57%;71% and 83%;58%)?SCCA was highly associate with tumor size?4cm ? invasion depth ? 1/2 and parametrial infiltration(P<0.05).The cutoff value of SCCA was 4.37ng/ml;4.70 ng/ml;3.65ng/ml(The sensitivity and specificity of 95% CI was 83%;93%;80% and 67%;47%;69%)?Conclusion: 1.Preoperative higher CEA can be used to forecast tumor size?4cm and lymph node metastasis.2.Preoperative higher CA125 can be used to forecast tumor size?4cm,low degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis.3.Preoperative higher CA199 can be used to forecast advanced FIGO stage, tumor size?4cm,invasion depth?1/2 and lymph vascular space invasion 4.Preoperative higher SCCA can be used to forecast tumor size ?4cm,invasion depth ? 1/2 and parametrial infiltration.5.SCCA has higher sensitivity in predicting tumor size?4cm?predicting invasion depth?1/2 and parametrial infiltration;CA199 has higher sensitivity in predicting lymphvascular space invasion;CA125 has higher sensitivity in predicting lymph node metastasis.
