Objective: Through the comprehensive analysis of the results of the questionnaire,to understand the incidence and the related factors of menopause syndrome of perimenopausal women in dalian,and mental depression status,which will provide a scientific basis for early prevention of menopausal syndrome.Methods: Women at a age between 40 and 55 were choice by the method of random sampling and were accessed in the way of face to face to fill in the questionnaires about the related factors and mental depress status of perimenopausal women.The questionnaires were designed after reference literatures at home and abroad by myself.The questionnaire consists of four parts: 1.A general survey of patients.2.Patients obstetrics and gynecology related conditions such as: reproductive history,menstrual history,history of abortion and so on.3.Perimenopausal symptoms improved kupperman rating scale.4.CES-D(Center for Epidemiologic Studies depression scale)depression self-rating scale.Using Excell2007 sorts through the data and then the data were analyzed statistically in terms of SPSS 19.0.Results: A tatal of 300 questionnaires were sended out and were returned of 282 copies of the completed questionnaires.This article only studies about the related factors of the women who had gone through natural menopause,so 12 questionnaires were got rid of: those who had artificial menopause(such as: women had undergone hysterectomy,removal of ovaries or chemotherapy cause artificial menopause).Finally,the study was collected for analysis collate after 270 cases,the overall questionnaire effective rate is 90%.212 women suffering from menopause syndrome,the morbidity rate was 68.1%.The morbidity of the disease was 78.5%.Only 20% of the women who go to hospital for the symptoms of menopause syndrome,most patients have Weak health care consciousness and do not think themselves need to receive medical treatment for perimenopausal syndrome only 2.5% of them had hormone replacement therapy to alleviate the symptoms of menopause syndrome.Univariate analysis showed that age,place of residence,educational background,child relations,marital relations,neighborhood relations,spouse health,work stress,chronic disease,exercise,Supplement the calcium,body mass index,the number of abortions,menorrhea,depressive condition,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),were correlated with menopause syndrome;multivariate logistic regression analysis showed: age,marital relationship,work stress,exercise,supplement the calcium,depression is a comprehensive menopause independent factors intrinsic(P<0.05).CES-D Scale showed that 22.2% of them had depression.The occurrence of menopause syndrome and depression were analysis with spearman rank correlation showed: rank correlation coefficient equal to 0.497,P<0.001,the more severe symptoms of menopause syndrome,the higher rate of depression.Conclusion: 1.Women at a age between 40 and 55,statistics show that the incidence rate of menopause syndrome was 78.5%,the average menopausal age was 48.43±4.30 years old,the results generally consistent with domestic research results.2.Age,place of residence,educational background,child relations,marital relations,neighborhood relations,spouse health,work stress,chronic disease,exercise,supplement the calcium,body mass index,the number of abortions,menorrhea,depressive condition are the related factors of menopause syndrome.3.Age,marital relationship,work stress,exercise,supplement the calcium,depression is the independent affecting factors of menopause syndrome.4.The more severe of the symptoms of menopause syndrome,the higher the incidence of depression.5.Menopause syndrome is the result of multiple factors,so as a clinician,we must not only reasonable symptomatic medication,but also for the different risk factors in patients with a variety of treatment methods combined with psychological intervention and health education combined with personalized therapy.
