| ObjectiveAccording to M-ANNHEIM scoring system to review the preoperative and postoperative quality of life scores in patients with chronic pancreatitis, and analyze the related factors that could affect patient the quality of life(QOL) and analyse the safety Methods89 patients who were diagnosed with Chronic pancreatitis were hospitalized in the department of Hepatopancreatobiliary Surgery at First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University between september 2010 to august 2015.Their clinical data were retrospectively analysed, Including pain, exocrine and endocrine function, weight and other indicators, combined pancreatic duct dilatation and stones in 70 patients, chronic pancreatitis with limitations of pancreatic head mass in 5 patients, pancreatic pseudocyst in 14 patients, all patients routinely abdominal ultrasound, abdominal CT examination, divided into two groups before and after surgery, postoperative analysis of improvement of quality of life,M-ANNHEIM scoring system was used to assess the QOL improvement before and after surgery, The patients were divided into two groups accodrding to the scores.And then we analysed two groups of different preoperative and postoperative quality of life scores. ResultsThe preoperative quality of life scores 11.94 ± 4.81, postoperative quality of life scores 7.26 ± 4.01, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05); The preoperative pain scores was 4.35 ± 1.25, postsurgery pain scores of 2.56 ± 1.74, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05); The preoperative endocrine function scores was 2.86 ± 0.16, postoperative endocrine function scores was 1.93 ± 0.24, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05); The preoperative endocrine function scores was 1.55 ± 0.12, postoperative endocrine function scores was 0.78 ± 0.11, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).
