A Small Dose Of Xingnaojing Injection In Severe Craniocerebral Injury Patients With Curative Effect Evaluation

Traumatic brain injury(TBI)is a common disease in peacetime and wartime.In China,about 600000 people die each year,about 100000 people die,causing direct economic losses of more than 1000000000 yuan.The incidence of brain injury is the highest,the death rate is the first,it has become a serious social harm.The mortality of brain injury is still high,and the study of its treatment in the Department of neurosurgery is still the focus of the study.But there is little emphasis on early intervention of brain damage.Objective: through the in severe craniocerebral injury effect of Xingnaojing injection of small dose is used in the treatment of patients after evaluation to seek effective for patients with the type of treatment,in order to reduce the cost and improve the prognosis,reduce mortality.Methods: single blind randomized controlled trial design was used.A total of 120 patients with severe craniocerebral injury who were treated in the Department of neurosurgery from April 2014 to May 2012,the Central Hospital of Chongqing City,Jiangjin District,were studied.Patients were randomly divided into 60 groups and 60 cases of control group.The treatment group were treated with Xingnaojing injection 10 ml intravenous drip,once a day;the control group was given routine treatment.To observe and compare the GCS score,the patients with intracranial pressure measurement,the occurrence of complications(pulmonary infection,gastrointestinal bleeding,epilepsy).Before and after treatment,the count data were measured by X2 test,and the t test was used in the measurement.Results: the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05)in improving GCS score,reducing intracranial pressure,reducing the incidence of pulmonary infection,and the incidence of gastrointestinal bleeding.There was no significant difference between the control group and the control group(P > 0.05).Conclusion: in the treatment of patients with moderate or severe traumatic brain injury,through the use of small dose of Xingnaojing injection(10ml)to reach and improve the GCS score,reducing intracranial pressure,reduce the pulmonary infection and gastrointestinal hemorrhage rate.This can reduce the cost of treatment,improve prognosis and reduce mortality.
