? Ultrasound imaging of visceral sensitivity in patients withfunctional dyspepsia, gastric accommodation function, gastric emptying and food distribution evaluationObjective: through ultrasound imaging on functional dyspepsia(FD) patients were assessed by the capacity of gastric emptying, and other functions, to explore the value of ultrasound imaging technology in diagnosis of functional dyspepsiaMethods: study object to 2014-2015 in gastroenterology department of our hospital patients randomly selected 72 cases of FD patients, 28 cases of male, 44 female patients, age of 35.4 + 7.2 years old. The main symptoms were abdominal pain, bloating, early satiety, belching, occasional nausea, vomiting, duration of in 4 months to 4 years, referring to Rome III criteria for screening group. Normal control group(group HS) for healthy volunteers in 38 cases, including 18 males and 20 females, aged 30.2 + 5.6 years old, with no obvious gastrointestinal symptoms in 2 years. Subjects, application of liquid test meal load experiment, the initial recording of satiety when drink intake, maximum satiety when drink intake, and the use of ultrasound recording two groups of subjects were proximal stomach and distal stomach initial satiety, maximum satiety and drink after 30 min, 60 min, 90 min and 120 min of area, volume and further calculate the gastric half emptying time, proximal and distal gastric volume ratio of relevant data.Results:(1) there was no significant difference between FD group and HS group(P > 0.05) in the amount of intake and proximal gastric volume during the initial filling. And in the largest amount of satiety, FD group drink(565 + 127) ml was significantly less than that of HS group(752 + 133) ml;(2) in the FD group, the proximal gastric volume(688 + 165) cm. It is also less than in HS group(795 + 153) cm it. Between the two groups have significant difference(P < 0.05).(3) the FD group in the proximal stomach and distal stomach gastric half emptying time were lower than HS group extended(P < 0.05), which in FD group proximal gastric half emptying time(52.9 + 18.8) min longer than in HS group(45.6 + 17.2) min, distal gastric emptying time in FD group(75.6 + 16.7 min also longer than HS group(66.2 + 16.4 min).(4) FD patients and HS group, the volume ratio of the maximum satiety and postprandial 30 min, postprandial 60 min respectively with significant difference(P < 0.05), and in the meal after 90 min and 120 min postprandial between the two groups was not significantly different(P > 0.05).Conclusion: ultrasound imaging technology through on the FD patients drink in the real-time monitoring of the threshold, the volume of the stomach and distal gastric volume, reflecting the patients with visceral sensitivity, the stomach of food distribution, gastric accommodation function and gastric emptying function abnormal, for the diagnosis and treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD) opened the new field.? The spleen dampness, spleen deficiency and qi stagnation and spleen deficiency "fullness" in patients with TCM Syndrome Types and the correlation of ultrasoundObjective: through the analysis of the correlation between different syndrome type of PI patients over ultrasound imaging and clinical manifestations, differences in study of different syndrome types in patients with ultrasound imaging of ultrasound imaging technology of TCM diagnosis and treatment of abdominal distention and fullness of the value.Method: Research object for the 2014-2015 in astroenterology department of our hospital patients, fullness in 72 cases of patients were randomly selected, 28 males, 44 females, the average age was 35.4 + 7.2 years. According to the diagnostic criteria of TCM syndromes were divided into spleen deficiency and qi stagnation, spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation and spleen deficiency type, each group of 24 people. Normal control group(group HS) for healthy volunteers in 38 cases, including 18 males and 20 females, aged 30.2 + 5.6 years old, with no obvious gastrointestinal symptoms in 2 years. By testing, application of liquid test meal load experiment, the initial recording of satiety when drink intake, maximum satiety when drink intake, and the use of ultrasound recording two groups of subjects were proximal stomach and distal stomach initial satiety, maximum satiety and drink after 30 min, 60 min, 90 min and 120 min of area, volume and further calculate the gastric half emptying time, proximal and distal gastric volume ratio of relevant data.Results:(1) due to spleen deficiency and qi stagnation group and spleen yang deficiency syndrome group in initial satiety, and HS group drinking in quantity had no significant difference(P > 0.05), and the spleen wet resistance group in the initial satiety drinking in the HS group exists difference(P < 0.05). The three groups of patients in the maximum saturation of the amount of the drink was significantly less than the HS group, the most obvious(P < 0.05).(2) in theproximal gastric emptying early, that is, less than one hour, three syndrome types of emptying rate was less than that of HS group, the difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05) while with Spleen Yang deficiency syndrome group is the most obvious; and in the emptying late spleen deficiency group, Qi stagnation and spleen deficiency and dampness lag group and HS differences was not significant((P > 0.05), spleen yang deficiency syndrome group proximal gastric emptying rate is lower than that of HS group(P < 0.05).(3) in distal gastric emptying, early three syndrome types of emptying rate was less than that of HS group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), especially spleen deficiency group, qi stagnation and spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation group at 30 min were negative showed retention of the distal stomach contents. And in the late emptying, due to spleen deficiency and qi stagnation group and spleen yang deficiency syndrome group and HS group emptying rate differences is not obvious(P > 0.05), spleen deficiency and dampness group delay the emptying rate in 120 min and HS had significant differences.(P < 0.05)(4) three syndrome types and HS group in the proximal and distal gastric emptying time there were significant difference(P < 0.05), which with Spleen Yang deficiency syndrome group proximal gastric half emptying time was significantly longer than that in the other two groups, the difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05), and spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation spleen group and qi stagnation group distal gastric half emptying time were compared with the spleen yang deficiency group, the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05), spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation and spleen deficiency and qi stagnation group in the distal gastric half emptying time did not show significant difference(P > 0.05)Conclusion:ultrasound imaging performance differ in different syndrome types of fullness patients, and closely related with the clinical manifestation, combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine evidence based medicine provides a new way of thinking...
