| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Weinikang granule (composed of modified SiniSan and ZuoJin Wan) on the curative rate, recovery rate of gastric emptying .gastric peristalsis index , and symptomatic improvement rate in functional dyspepsia.Methods: Seventy-five cases of functional dyspepsia with stagnated heat in liver and stomach syndrome were randomly divided into two groups, The treatment group ( 38 patients) was treated with Weinikang granule and placebo tablet, and the control group ( 37 patients ) with motilium tablet and placebo granule for 4 weeks . The above-mentioned 4 indexes were observed and compared after the treatment in two groups.Result: 1 . There was no significant difference on the recovery rate of gastricemptying and gastric peristalsis index between the two groups. 2, The difference of the curative rate and symptomatic improvement in the two groups was significant, The effect of treatment group was better than that of the control one (p<0.05.)Conclusion: It is suggested that Weinikang granule is a more effective preparation for functional dyspepsia than motilium tablet. |
