| Objective: This research is on basis of the ancient and modern basis research,combined with the modern mathematical statistics analysis method, mining and analysing of the core elements of painful disease, to summarize the main characteristics of syndrome factor, clarify painful disease pathogenesis. For cervical disease diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine to provide reference and new ideas,as well as a reference guide provides revised convulsive diseases.Method: On basis of large electronic series " Chinese medical classics " as ancient painful disease main source, selecting the representative ancient medical books the acknowledge ement of basis, professional essay and medical theory, selected part of the main content; on basis of major Chinese database as modern painful disease sources, among Chinese biomedical literature service system(CBM), weipu Chinese journal database(VIP), Chinese knowledge resource pool(CNKI), ten thousand academic journal full-text database and Chinese periodical literature of traditional Chinese medicine database retrieval system, database and other large Chinese reading database, and master degree theses of master of China excellent blogger, meeting in the literature retrieval in January 2015 before all of the literature about painful disease.Extracting the painful disease basis on part of the content; Set inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, in strict accordance with the included in the exclusion criteria selection and specification.Establish the ancient and modern convulsive diseases medical records database. "The case of convulsive disease of Chinese medical classics and modern literature content" as the research object, frequency analysis and association rules analysis of symptoms, so as to get the core symptoms. To get 203 symptoms, 145 systemic symptom,cumulative frequency is 1537 times, and there are 61 symptoms of frequency in more than 10 times.the constitute more than 10%in 19 symptoms, including limb tic, god faint, trismus, fever,constipation, strong back, hand, foot and twin acute, upset,sweat out, opisthotonos, and so on,incluing 12 systemic symptoms such as headaches and thirsty, tongue like 34, pulse condition of article 20, which constitutes more than 10% in including a string of arteries and veins, arteries and veins,arteries and veins thin, red tongue, whitish, pulse and pulse and tongue veins symptoms. Preliminary statistics data by the association rules analysis, there are 22 and 6 related symptoms involving tongue and pulse.Release convulsive diseases core symptoms of the limbs, convulsions, lockjaw, fever, coma,emergency item back strong. Finally deduced major diseases Slip spasm disease known as the mind(brain), liver meridian; Disease syndrome known as heat, wind, fire(heat), jin kui, Yin deficiency.To provided a new way of thinking for the basis theoretical and clinical treatment of painful disease of traditional Chinese medicine,and provide a reference for painful disease revision guide. |
