Purpose1. To understand the status quo of nurses professional facilities in Nanjing City, cognition and demand of professional knowledge.2. Analysis of influence factors, to provide reference basis for specialized nurses training area.Method1. Access to relevant literature, combined with open interviews, forming a "survey of professional level of nursing staff pension institutions in Nanjing City," the draft questionnaire.2. A total of 12 nursing experts associated with this research, after three rounds of Delphi expert consultation, to revise the questionnaire.3. A convenience sample of old-age care institutions in Nanjing city in 660 nurses were investigated.4. Using the results of the validity of questionnaire survey to determine detection, can be used for subsequent analysis.5. Use the table data, SPSS 17.0 carries on the analysis to the data, the main analysis methods including descriptive statistical analysis, variance analysis, t test, correlation analysis.Result1. The basic situation of nurses in 600 institutions in this survey, the survey of 600 nurses (90.17%) basic predominantly female, age 40-55 year old the majority (55.16%), junior high school education, wages below (67.16%) 2000-3500 (58.16%), moderate in professional knowledge obtain, mostly is the exchange of experience, endowment between Bangdai learning, training time is short, the nursing member 81.47% received professional training time is less than three months, the nursing member 74.68% think that the existing theory and skills can not fully meet the pension needs to be care for the elderly.2. Nursing knowledge evaluation of nursing staff of each dimension score (out of 48) nursing knowledge score of nursing staff was (21.958±3.669), which is the highest scores clean (2.730±0.684) followed by excretion of care (2.600±0.696), the last two scores for the moral law (1.090±0.604), (1.120±0.656) were observed and recorded. Skill knowledge score (12.830±2.238) higher than the theoretical knowledge score (9.129±2.139).3. The demographic data of age and sex on the nursing member score was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Different nursing age based on the knowledge, skills, scores significantly, with statistical significance (P<0.01) nursing age is higher, in the questionnaire and the total questionnaire score higher. Different training time based on the knowledge, skills, scores significantly, with statistical significance (P<0.01). The training time is longer, the questionnaire and the total questionnaire score higher. Different monthly salary of nurses in basic knowledge, skills, scores significantly, with statistical significance (P<0.01). Nursing member monthly pay more higher in the questionnaire and the total questionnaire score.4. Cognitive demand:total nursing knowledge demands of nursing staff (37.594 ±1.984) higher than the professional assessment score (21.958±3.669). The demand is the highest disease nursing knowledge (3.93±0.73); demand is lowest in the moral law (2.04±0.66).Conclusion1. Nanjing city agency nurses age slants big, women accounted for the major part, middle-income levels, professional training time is short, single mode.2. Nurses professional level is low, the operation skill scores higher than basic knowledge score. Nursing age, education, income, employment, training time and is influencing factors of professionalization.3. Nurses on the professional knowledge of learning to strong demand, willingness to learn different knowledge of different dimensions.
