"Menstruation Regulating Dirty" In The Treatment Of Metabolic Syndrome(Syndrome Of Gastrointestinal Heat Syndrome)Clinical Observation

Purpose: In this topic,the "Meridian","notes organs" theory as the core,randomized controlled clinical study of development of traditional Chinese medicine combined with low frequency electric pulse treatment(i.e.given.it adjustable dirty)comprehensive treatment of metabolic syndrome(metabolic syndrome,MS)gastrointestinal excess heat syndrome with metformin were compared to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of.Method: In Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine Department of endocrinology clinic patients,screening met the inclusion criteria of 60 patients randomly divided by adjusting viscera treatment group and Western medicine control group,each with 30 cases in each.Menstruation regulating viscera treatment group given metabolic empirical formula orally with low frequency pulse electric therapeutic apparatus in the treatment,western medicine control group was given metformin treatment for a period of 3 months of clinical curative effect observation.To observe and record the physical sign,physical and chemical examination results and clinical symptoms of patients before and after treatment.Result: After clinical observation and menstruation regulating viscera treatment group can significantly reduce body weight,BMI,waist narrow,lower the fasting glucose,2 hour blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood pressure,triglyceride.The control group by adjusting the dirty curative effect of the treatment group is better than western medicine,there was a significant difference(P<0.05).The clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine by adjusting the dirty treatment group improved compared with western medicine control group(P<0.05)has obvious advantages.The total clinical efficiency: by adjusting the dirty total efficiency of treatment group was 93.33%,control group total effective rate was 80%.Adverse reactions were not found before and after treatment.Conclusion: Menstruation regulating dirty method(traditional Chinese medicine combined with low frequency pulse electric therapeutic instrument)in the treatment of the metabolic syndrome(gastrointestinal excess heat syndrome curative effect,no obvious adverse reaction,green and safe,worthy of clinical promotion and research.
