Study On The Relationship Between The Degree Of Vascular Lesion And The Tongue Image Under Coronary Angiography

Objective: By means of coronary angiography,the correlation between the degree of vascular lesions and the changes of tongue image is discussed,which provides an objective basis for the clinical judgment of the disease and the condition of the disease.Methods: The research object for the hospital cardiovascular therapy area of coronary angiography hospitalized patients.Before coronary angiography first on patients of observation and tongue image acquisition,collecting a total of 100 cases,the above information in accordance with the tongue color,tongue coating,tongue,sublingual collaterals correlation for grouping related research.After use statistical software SPSS 19.0for data analysis,and statistical correlation between the degree of vascular lesion and the tongue in coronary angiography.Results:(1)the research objects of different tongue color that the extent of coronary artery lesion and the tongue color differences(P < 0.05).The changes of tongue color rate from high in the end: blue and purple tongue > dark red tongue > crimson tongue > tongue edge hidden green and with petechiae,stasis class > Pink tongue.(2)investigation of tongue coating group suggests that the extent of coronary artery lesion and tongue differences(P <0.05).(3)tongue research group tip of tongue in the extent of coronary artery lesion no difference.(4)sublingual collaterals study group suggests that the extent of coronary artery lesion and the tongue under collaterals between different(P < 0.05).conclusion: Different tongue color,sublingual collaterals on coronary artery clinical condition and prognosis of certain guiding significance and changes of tongue coating can be can be certain judgment and to guide the treatment of the illness.Tongue of coronary vascular disease diagnosis and treatment has no meaning.
