Clinical Research Of Acupuncture Head And Acupuncture Neck Treatment Of Children With ADHD

Purpose:Observation acupuncture cervical dysfunction caused by the clinical efficacy of ADHD and conduct comparative analysis of the first items of needle acupuncture and conventional acupuncture to investigate differences in the efficacy and mechanism of two kinds of acupuncture to treat the disease for the treatment of children with ADHD to provide clinical basis.Method:Select 60 children met the diagnostic criteria from the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture outpatient pediatric clinic included in the experiment,single-blind blinded randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group received the first items of acupuncture control group using conventional needle treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.After two courses of treatment,the relevant data to do statistical processing and analysis of medical and clinical efficacy of the conclusions drawn comparison between the two groups.Reslut : After treatment,children with ADHD-like treatment group and the control group were all reduced,the total effective rate of the treatment group 93.33%,the total effective rate of the control group 73.33%.After SPSS rank test was P =0.046<0.05,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups,the treatment group than the control group drawn on the efficacy of ADHD children improved from cervical dysfunction caused.Conclusion:Pin header entry applications compared to other therapies in the treatment of ADHD in children caused by cervical dysfunction has absolute advantage.Acupuncture head can improve the function of the cerebral cortex activity,adjust the excitation and inhibition in the state,regulate brain neurotransmitter levels;neck acupuncture can release the soft tissue around the neck joint to correct abnormal joints,improve joint synovial inflammation reaction,reducing the negative stimulus on the joints,to restore the function of the cervical spine purposes,eliminate the cause hyperactivity and thus improved to varying degrees,worthy of promotion.
