Clinical Research Treating Vertebr Al Artery Type

Purpose:The main topic is the use of massage therapy of cervical vertebral artery disease,through clinical observation study,the clinical efficacy of cervical vertebral artery disease evaluated massage therapy.Method:Patients with cervical vertebral artery disease in this study intends to Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital orthopedic inpatients admitted,subject to compliance with the inclusion criteria 72 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases in the control group using manipulation mainly for the rubbing method,extrapolation and neck with the Czochralski method,for 4 weeks,once a day.Control group with conventional massage tendon approach,treatment with the treatment group.The evaluation criteria were recorded according to two groups of patients to cure,effective,effective,ineffective time to demonstrate clinical effects of manipulation of cervical vertebral artery disease.Result:Two groups of patients through clinical observation and statistical calculation and analysis,the two groups were not gender,age,duration and other aspects of clinically significant differences in comparable(P>0.05);the treatment group achieved clinical cure,effective,efficient time was significantly shorter in the control group(P<0.05);and the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than 95%.Conclusion:Massage treatment of cervical vertebral artery disease in clinical exact effect that such manipulation in the clinic can promote,is an effective treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis exact method of treatment.
