Field medical station is the medical service support force for military strategic campaign,usually "pre-organized" in the military hospital,which performs emergency medical support for military operations other than war in wartime and special occasions such as natural disasters,public health incidents,etc.in accordance with the superior's instructions.It is the key to successfully complete emergency medical support for multiple military tasks that the staff does a good job in the routine training and builds up the professional competence of the field medical station.How to carry out live operational training,improve the core capabilities of the field medical station,and evaluate the training effect scientifically is a difficult problem to be settled in our military field medical station construction.Firstly,use literature research method to evaluate the existing training principles,methods and effects in field medical station;Secondly,use system analysis method to investigate the basic elements needed in training and examination syllabus;then use interviews and consult experts to determine the composition of syllabus modules and courses;then calculate each index's weight of the evaluation standard by analytic hierarchy process.The professional training syllabus of the field medical station in this study covers a total of three modules including 17 subjects,successfully passed the expert review and entering the military trial.This study organized 13 field medical stations/units carrying out trial,and further revised the syllabus according to trial data analysis.This study provides an important basic for field medical stations carrying out standardized training and assessment in military.
