Background and objective: To systematically assess the clinical efficacy of one-stop Hybrid Coronary Artery Revascularization versus off-pump Coronary Artery Bypass in Coronary Artery Disease?Metholds: Electronic databases MEDLINE,EMBASE,Cochrane Library,CNKI,CBM,Wan Fang Data, web of science, scopus,Google Scholar and Controlled Trials meta Register, pubmed and Medline were used to search for randomized controlled trials(RCTs)or controlled clinica trials(CCTs)reported before August 2015 on clinical effects of Hybrid Coronary Artery Revascularization versus off-pump Coronary Artery Bypass operated on patients with Coronary Artery Disease. After data were extracted,meta-analysis was performed using Rev Man 5.3 software. Results: 5 literatures with 409 patients were retrieved, including 5CCTs.Compared with OPCAB(off-pump coronary artery bypass)group,one-stop HCR(Hybrid Coronary Artery Revascularization)group had longer Operation time, higher hospital costs(P<0.05)?However,one-stop HCR had lower mechanical ventilation time, lower ICU time, less blood loss, lower amount of red blood cell transfusion, less Length of hospital stay,in addition,one-stop HCR group had lower incidence of myocardial infarction, lower incidence of MACE(major Adverse Cardiovascular Events),shorter times to return to work and/or nor-mal activity(P<0.05)?However,there were no statistical differences between the two groups in reoperation,New postoperative atrial fibrillation,follow-up Mortality rate(P>0.05).Conclusions: One-stop HCR may be better than OPCAB in the treatment of complex Coronary Artery Disease. |
