Objects:This study through summarize the rules of the renal and liver function changes and renal pathologic changes after ligation the suprarenal and supraliver of the inferior vene cava(IVC),and following injection of xueshuantong after ligation the suprarenal of the IVC in rabbits,to provides the theoretical basis for the surgical treatment of the obstructive diseases of the IVC. Methods:Select 5 months healthy Japanese big ear rabbits, 2-2.3 kg weight, male and female unlimited, which supported by animal experiment center of the zhengzhou university.Rabbits were divided into five groups randomly:A normal control group:7,blood sample was get from heart,the serum creatinine(Scr)?serum urea(Sur)?glomerular filtration rate(GFR) ? alanine aminotransferase(ALT) ? aspartate aminotransferase(AST)?actate dehydrogenase(LDH) was detected,and take the kidney?liver to do histopathologic examination,after get the blood sample?kidney?liver,the animals was killed by air injection.B sham operation group:28, take about 10 cm long incision in the upper abdomen to get into abdominal cavity,after espose the IVC,we closed abdominal wall step by step.The blood sample was taken at 1st?3rd?5th?7th day after the operation and the Scr?Sur?GFR?ALT?AST?LDH was detected,the kidney and liver was preserved in formalin solution.after the work was finished,the animal was killed like before.C group,Suprarenal IVC ligation simply:28,open the abdominal cavity,expose the right suprarenal IVC(right renal vein is higher than the left renal vein) and ligature the IVC,select 7 rabbtis at each design time to get blood sample and kidney,the rabbits also will be killed like before after the work was finished.D xueshuantong therapy group:28,We give xueshuantong solution through intramuscular injection 3 days before operation once a day.(produced by Guangxi wuzhou pharmaceutical Company Limited,batch number:Z20025652),the dose is10mg/Kg,the operation like group C,the rabbits also will be killed like at the end like before?E group,supraliver ligature the IVC:14,take about 8 cm long incision in the superior abdomen,Between the liver and the diaphragm exposed and ligature the IVC,the blood sample was got respectively at the1 st,3rd,5th day and detect the liver and renal function,And take the liver do pathological examination.The rabbit was killed like before after the work was finished. Results:Longitudinal compared group B and A at each time point,the index of serum liver and renal function have no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05),it means that the control group have no change to the liver and renal function. The rabbit of group C 5 days survival rate is 71.42%, 7 days survival rate is 42.86%, compared with normal rabbit renal function,the change is:the serum Scr?Sur is higher at the first day of postoperation,and to top after 3 days,and then gradually decline,but still did not drop to normal after 7 days.GFR has fallen at the first day of postoperation, and to the lowest after 3 days,and then gradually rising,but still did not rise to normal after 7 days.The 5 days' survival rate of group D is 85.71%,the 7 days' survival rate is 85.71%,the trend of renal function change is like group C compared with group A,the renal function index longitudinal compared with group C,The difference has statistic significance(P<0.05),means the degree of renal function impaired is lighter than group C,but still did not rise to normal after 7 days.The liver function has increased significantly at the first day of postaperation of group E,then the trend is on the rise,the first day of postaperation the mortality is 57.14%,and the third day is 85.71%,the fifth day is 100%. Conclusions:1.Suprarenal ligature the IVC of rabbit can affect renal function because of the renal vein is blocked,if combined with xueshuantong,the renal function can be protected in some degree.2.Supraliver ligature the IVC of rabbit can impaired liver function significantly, and the prognosis is poor.
