Objective:To investigate the effect of different combinations of fat on the liver antioxidant capacity and renal function in mice for uderstanding the relationship between lipids and health much better, and providing scientific basis for grease selection.Methods:54 experimental animals and it’s weight about 40g, randomly divided into nine groups, a control group 0 fat content, a group of corn oil mixed with lard, rapeseed oil and lard mixed group, soybean oil and lard mixed group, Arowana oil group, and each experimental group have 3.8% and 6.5% two levels, body weight recorded once a week, eight weeks feeding trial, the mice in each group were measured in liver malondialdehyde (MDA), total glutathione peroxidase enzyme activity (GSH-Px) and total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC), and the results observed in liver tissue sections stained by Hematoxylin-eosin staining(HE). And test the mouse serum renal function:uric acid (UA), urea (UREA), creatinine (CREA).Results:(1) Feed different doses of fat can increase body weight gain on mice, expected the combination of soybean oil, the higher the proportion of oil, the more significant weight gain, fat and oil composition has little effect on body weight on Arowana groups, but corn oil can significantly increased mice’s body weight. And almost all experimental groups liver index increased significantly, andl corn oil Bl comparing with control group is significant differences, also Arowana A2, corn oil B2, C1 and rapeseed C2, soybean D1 are significant increased.(2) Only corn oil B1 increase the total antioxidant capacity significant compared with control group,; different fat combination group, Arowana oil A2 and com oil B2 were significantly lower than the grease composition of its low levels, GSH-Px activity while rapeseed C2 group was Significant high;D1 soybean oil also has been significantly improved with the control group.(3) The more dietary fat the liver injury more serious, the lower the fat content in different combinations of fat, the lower MDA content of liver cells, the extent of damage to the liver cells more light; but the content of 6.5% of the Golden Dragon fish oil A2, B2, and corn oil and soybean oil D2 significantly higher than the control group, the difference was significant; rapeseed C2 hepatocytes MDA also significantly increased, Between the canola combination two groups was not significant, the combination of liver cell damage on other oils have a very significantly. And HE staining results are almost identical with the MDA, corn oil both dose groups pathological liver tissue section morphology is consistent with the control group, maybe because it’s contain large amounts of polyunsaturated fatty acids related to corn oil.(4) There were no significant in UA levels;UREA level:Compared with the control group, add the oil group averages were down, B2 and D2 group was significantly decreased (P<0.05), the other group was not statistically significant (P>0.05). CREA level: Compared with the control group, add the oil group average decreased, A2 group, B2 group, C2 group and D2 group was significantly decreased (P<0.01), B1 were significantly decreased (P<0.05), the other group was not statistically significance (P> 0.05).Conclusion:(1) Except a combination of lard and soybean oil,Adequate intake of fats can improve body weight gain and liver index in mice with a dose-dependent; the higher the four combinations of composite fat intake, the liver was significantly glycerol aldehyde increased total antioxidant significantly reduced oxidative damage, the more obvious explanation fat intake level of 3.8% of the combination was significantly better than the 6.5% level of fat intake in combination, therefore, the 3.8% is appropriate.(2) compared to the combination of different oils, fat intake at 6.5% level, Arowana oil, soybean oil complex oxidative damage much worse, significantly decreased total antioxidant capacity of liver cells; at 3.8% level, corn oil and lard mixed group of antioxidant capacity and protection of the liver was better than other oils mixed group. In the same fat intake recommendations choice of corn oil and lard mixed group(3) a combination of different oils compared:without fat control group, the indicators of renal function were increased, especially in creatinine, as an important indicator of the ability of the body’s metabolic waste from muscle metabolism species creatine, creatinine increased renal excretory function descriptions fall, without fat group’s creatinine was significantly higher, studies confirm that the right amount of grease favorable renal health; fat intake level of 6.5%, high doses of rapeseed oil and lard combination of renal function in general has increased, excessive intake of fat are bad for your health. In summary, moderate intake of fat is conducive to health; overdose, the overall health of the body adversely; fat intake to 3.8% is appropriate.
