The Model Construction And Experimental Study On The Price Adjustment Of Traditional Chinese Medical Services In Hubei Province

Objective This project is designed under the guidance of health economics pricing theory,combineing with the measured data of hospitals to take advantage of Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine disease characteristics fees for the study,developing demonstration of TCM medical services price adjustment model of construction and application,thus providing methodological ideas for Chinese medicine services prices research,as well as offering basic medical basis for formulating Chinese medicine medical service price adjustment policies.Methods Through literature survey of this research,a comprehensive understanding of medical services price adjustment research status,based on the findings of the literature relevant regulatory system,and repeatedly consulting suggest from industry experts,to build Chinese medical services cost estimate indices and price estimates Information Collection scale;after the application of database technology to build traditional Chinese medical services price estimates database,through the field hospital’s data collection survey;in addition to the comprehensive use of breakeven theory and RBRVS and other pricing methods,thus combining with mathematical statistical methods to constrcut traditional Chinese medical services price adjustment model,making full use of hospitals’ measured data to conduct empirical Study.Results1.Formed a Chinese medical services cost estimate indices,price calculation scale information collection and cost estimation program.2.TCM medical services price estimates Database ConstructionTraditional Chinese medical services price estimates database includes basic medical institutions fact table,medical auxiliary cost table,management Cost allocation coefficient table,secondary cost allocation coefficient table,TCM medical services table 1 and 2,TCM dominant diseases table 1 and 2,and 9 table of users’ basic information.3.TCM medical services price adjustment Model and MeasurementCombined RBRVS theory with breakeven pricing model and proposed to construct TCM services price adjustment model,namely cost-risk-technical model: P = C + M0Q0 eri / r0-1 + K0 eti / t0-1.Cost-Risk-technical model estimation results:Acupotome adjust prices in the province,city and county hospitals are asfollows(Unit: yuan / person):73.49,71.49,70.09,95% reference value scopeof rice adjustments in the range[0.49%,60.93%];Magnetic thermal otherapy and Acupotome adjust prices in the provincial,city and county are as follows(Unit: yuan / person)27.85,27.75,27.10,95% reference value scope of rice adjustments in the range[-1.09%,51.63%];Common acupuncture adjust prices in the province,city and county hospitals are as follows(Unit: yuan / person): 34.46,28.86,27.26,95% reference value scope of rice adjustments in the range [10.08%,129.44%];Lumbar disc herniation adjust prices in the province,city and county hospitals are as follows(Unit: yuan / person): 9063.62,8875.12,7275.62,95% reference value scope of rice adjustments in the range [-7.88%,54.22%];Femoral neck fracture adjust prices in the province,city and county hospitals are as follows(Unit: yuan / person):14702.84,11841.19,8794.84,95% reference value scope of rice adjustments in the range[-21.81%,96.89%];Distal radius fracture adjust prices in the province,city and county hospitals are as follows(Unit: yuan / person): 10236.36,11025.16,6374.86,95% reference value scope of rice adjustments in the range [-1.51%,76.12%].Conclusion The combination of breakeven theory and RBRVS about the Evaluation of doctor Labor value theory,proposed a economic model based on cost-risk-technique of Chinese medicine medical service price adjustment.Compared with traditional breakeven pricing model,the introduction of risk and technical factors reflect the value of technical work of medical personnel,Considering the effect of the different regions of the price adjustment,as well as the same project to implement differential pricing.In subsequent studies,pricing models should be take special pricing into consideration,establishing normal price adjustment and monitoring mechanisms,making regular checks of the factors that affecting the price of traditional Chinese medical services,thus providing a scientific evidence for TCM medical services price adjustment,In addition,it is necessary to actively explore other factors associated with the medical services,and gradually improve the pricing model.In short,the project offers a methodological ideas for the Chinese medicine medical services price adjustment,at the same time it provides reference ideas for TCM services price adjustment in policy formulation.
