The Research Of Clinical Experience On Cardiovascular Diseases Treated By Professor Li Jiageng

Objective Cardiovascular diseases are common clinical diseases.On one hand,they,for instance,Coronary heart disease and dissection of aorta,could arise rapidly and severely,sometimes even being life-threatening.It's one of the most common causes of acute and critical illness.On the other hand,cardiovascular diseases are regarded as common difficult clinical diseases as they always attack widely and accompany with complicated symptoms.At the beginning of the diseases,they tend to affect the Qi-blood circulation of the body and then lead to further water metabolism disorders,finally accelerating the progression of the disease.Professor Li Jiageng is the leading specialist of Shanghanlun,who is a member of the state administration bureau of TCM,doctoral supervisor,as well as chief physician of Hubeihospital of Traditional Chinese medicine.with his 40 years' study and working,Professor Li has achieved his unique academic thinking and rich clinical experience for the cardiovascular diseases.In order to collect his clinical experience of syndrome differentiation and treatments for heart diseases,further study the dialectical thinking,features and habits of prescriptions,improve the cognition and understanding of classical prescriptions for the heart diseases,and finally enhance the clinical practice level,I started this comprehensive and continuous clinical research on the patients with heart diseases,based on the widely clinical observation,a large number of documents and cases collection.MethodThis research mainly adopted the ways of reviewing and summarizing the cases,collecting and analyzing the relevant papers,modern studies and works from the database,etc..Furthermore,according to the classification methods for cardiovascular diseases in “ Chinese internal medicine ”,I also have made statistics and collections for the clinical cases and experience of professor Li,analyzing the cause and pathogenesis of the diseases,thinking and features of the prescriptions,and therapies for heart diseases to refine the dialectical thinking,characteristics of prescriptions and treatments of heart diseases.ResultThere are so many varieties of cardiovascular diseases.In this research,we choose coronary heart disease and insomnia to further summarize Professor Li's clinical treatments of related diseases and the thinking and treatment characteristics.For coronary heart disease,its therapies can be divided as follows:(1)Blood stasis type,warming the heart Yang,activating blood circulation.(2)Qi stagnation type,paying attention to balancing the liver and spleen function and regulating qi circulation.(3)Phlegm dampness blocking type,strengthening the transformation function of the spleen and stomach,and clearing phlegm dampness.(4)The deficiency of Qi and Yin type,nourishing Qi and Yin,and regulating qi and blood circulation;(5)Deficiency of kidney yang and yin deficiency type,nourishing the heart/kidney yin and yang.And adjusting heart and kidney functions.ConclusionThe supervisor in clinical practice,by using syndrome differentiation and treatments of heart diseases,has accumulated profound knowledge and improved the ways of thinking.He can deal with the relationships between classical prescriptions and current prescriptions,classical medicine and modern medicine.Due to the interacting of TCM theories,he has acquired satisfactory results in clinical practice.
