Objective The clinical study in the lung Yang deficiency and the temperature of Yang method at the same time,further observation of traditional Chinese medicine to fill the temperature Yang method combined with thiamethoxam Joe bromide combination therapy to improve patients with moderately severe plateau pulmonary function in COPD patients,improve the quality of life,improve the symptoms of patients with lung Yang deficiency,improve the symptoms of patients with dyspnea,etc,the effect of combine traditional Chinese and western medicine for clinical treatment of COPD to provide more perfect theory basis.Method In June 2015-December 2015 in hubei province hospital respiratory medicine after hospitalization and outpatient stabilization moderately severe COPD patients 52 cases,all of the patient’s diagnosis accord with COPD in 2011 GOLD guide diagnostic criteria,stability and lung expansion or out of the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine.According to random number table method divided the patients into the treatment groupand control group,each group of 26 cases,control group to consult holds 18 ug bromide(pharmaceutical production by zhengda shine)inhalation,at the same time to quit smoking,oxygen therapy,exercise lung function,strengthen nutrition therapy;The treatment group on the basis of the control group treatment to fill the temperature Yang syndrome.Two groups before treatment of the patient’s age,sex,disease severity,duration,pulmonary function,quality of life,breathing difficulties,lung Yang deficiency symptoms such as statistical comparison were no obvious difference(p > 0.05),all data using statistical software SPSS19.0 were analyzed,and the observation time is 6 months.With FEV1 % expected and FEV1 / FVC evaluation of patients with pulmonary function before and after treatment,using CAT score evaluation before and after treatment in patients with the improvement of the quality of life,using the m MRC grading evaluation before and after treatment in patients with dyspnea symptom improvement,using the lung Yang deficiency syndrome score evaluation in patients with lung Yang deficiency symptoms improve.All measurement data using mean standard deviation(x + s)said,between groups choose t test to compare;Count data using x squared inspection;With p < 0.05 said the difference was statistically significant.Results1.Lung function assessment: two groups of patients with pulmonary function after treatment,two groups of patients with FEV1 % expected and FEV1 / FVC were higher than before treatment(p < 0.05);Comparison between groups after treatment,the treatment group patients with FEV1 % expected and FEV1 / FVC weresignificantly higher than that of control group,there are significant differences,comparable(p < 0.05).2.The improvement of the quality of life: in the two groups after treatment in patients with CAT scores,CAT scores are lower than before treatment in both groups(p < 0.05);Treatment group CAT score significantly lower than the control group after treatment,there are significant differences,comparable(p <0.05).3.The lung Yang deficiency symptom scores: the control group and treatment group after treatment lung Yang deficiency symptom scores were lower than before treatment(p < 0.05);Treatment of lung Yang deficiency symptom scores after the treatment group was obviously lower than the control group,the difference is statistically significant(p < 0.05).4.Improvements in dyspnea symptom severity: m MRC grading after treatment control group and treatment group were lower than before treatment(p < 0.05);Treatment group after treatment m MRC graded lower than the control group,difference has statistical significance(p < 0.05).Conclusion Western medicine TCM syndrome differentiation to fill the temperature Yang method that inhaled thiamethoxam bromide rule in the treatment of COPD,can significantly improve patients with pulmonary function;Improving patient breathing difficulties;Improve the patients quality of life;Improve the evil wind,easy to catch a cold,back evil cold and lung Yang deficiency symptoms.Treatment of traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine has obvious advantages,to differentiation,improve the clinicalcurative effect,to better solve the individual specificity of clinical symptoms,improve quality of life of patients.
