The Clinical Observation Of Zhibo Dihuang Decoctions In The Treatment Of Menopausal Women With Chronic Low Back Pain

Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy of Zhibo dihuang Deco ction in the treatment of perimenopausal or menopausal women with chronic low back pain;compare the clinical efficacy with west ern medicine and study the mechanism of Zhibo dihuang Decoction in the treatment of perimenopausal or menopausal women with chronic low back pain.Method:According to the case selection criteria,A total of 60 perimenopausal or menopausal women with chronic low back pain were enrolled from Auguest 2014 to March 2016.120 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group on the basis of different therapeutic methods,30 cases in each.The control group was treated with routine western medicine therapy, the observation group given Zhibo dihuang Decoction addition and subtraction treatment.The clinical efficacy was compared among the two groups and the relationship between emotion-thought and perimenopausal or menopausal women with chronic low back pain was further analyzed.Results:no statistical significance of general data of the two groups compared to the difference(P?0.05), comparable. To improve the level of the observation group, the total effective rate was 86.67%, the total effective rate of control group was 66.67%, observation group, the clinical curative effect is obviously superior to the control group, the difference is statistically significant(P?0.05); two groups of patients before and after treatment by the score on the waist pain, functional activity, will get the number according to the statistical treatment, with significant difference(P?0.05). After treatment, the observation group waist pain, functional activity was significantly better than the control group, the difference between the two groups has statistical significance(P?0.05).Conclusion: Climacteric syndrome affect the chronic low back pain, through the improvement of the symptoms of menopause can relieve the pain and improve the functional activities of the waist.It is a kind of effective method to the treatment of perimenopausal or menopausal women with chronic low back pain.
