The Clinical Research On The Qi Deficiency Blood Stasis Syndrome Of The Recovery Phase Of Ischemic Sroke Treated With DanQitongluo Decoction

Research purposeThis research through to the control group,100 cases of ischemic stroke recovery dialectical Qi deficiency Blood stasis type of patients,the routine western medicine treatment,and on the basis of the control group and treatment group with traditional Chinese medicine medicinal DanQitongluo Decoction treatment,compared the clinical efficiency,and to explore the mechanism of function and mechanism,the formula to evaluate its effectiveness,safety in order to illustrate the party with conventional western medicine therapy in the treatment of ischemic stroke recovery phase of dominance,for the further research and clinical application of the formula provide a certain basis.Research methodsThis study chose in November 2014 to October 2015 一 Wuhan hospital of Traditonal Medicine encephalopathy 1 the inpatient ischemic stroke recovery dialectical Qi deficiency Blood stasis type 100 cases as observation the patients,in 27 th September,all 100 cases were in the research.stopped to involve case.The choice of cases are in line with the reference of the study into the standard diagnostic criteria,and according to the principle of random allocation will be divided into the treatment group and control group(n=50),two groups of cases in the control group with antiplatelet aggregation,improve circulation,improve cerebral metabolism and other conventional western medicine treatment,the treatment group on the basis of the control group used traditional Chinese medicine medicinal DanQitongluo Decoction treatment,two groups are in 12-day-treatment course,the whole treatment include two period of course.In 1first course of treatment and after 2 courses’ treatment ends in National institute of health stroke scale(NIHSS)scores,Barthel index assessment and stroke TCM syndrome list of two groups of patients with clinical curative effect observation and sort out data.Research results(1)Before the treatment,two groups of samples course of ischemic stroke,and the size of the infarction lesions,gender,age,National institute of health stroke scale(NIHSS)score,Barthel index(BL)score,stroke TCM syndrome integral table score,after statistical analysis suggests that there were no significant difference among them(P>0.05),comparable.(2)The treatment group after treatment 1 phase,National institute of health stroke scale(NIHSS)score,Barthel index(BL)score,every stroke TCM syndrome integral table score have the significant difference(P<0.05).(3)After 1 course of treatment,the treatment group and control group comparison between the two way National institute of health stroke scale(NIHSS)scores,the Barthel index score,stroke TCM syndrome integral table score differences have no statistical significance(P>0.05).(4)After 2 courses of treatment,the treatment group National institute of health stroke scale(NIHSS)score,the Barthel index score,every stroke TCM syndrome integral table score have the significant difference(P<0.01).(5)After 2 courses of treatment,the treatment group and control group comparison between the two way National institute of health stroke scale(NIHSS)s core,the Barthel index score,every stroke of TCM syndrome integral table score,their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(6)In 100 cases of ischemic stroke recovery dialectical Qi deficiency Blood stasis type of patients complete the whole experiment,nobody appears any harmful response.Research conclusion(1)After 1 course of treatment,NIHSS score standard as judgment,the treatment group therapy can effectively improve the patients’ neurologic deficits.(2)After 1 course of treatment to Barthel index judging criteria,the treatment group therapy can effectively improve the ability of patients daily life.(3)After 1 course of treatment in stroke TCM syndrome integral table judging criteria,the treatment group therapy can effectively improve the signs and symptoms of a stroke patients.(4)After 2 courses of treatment,the NIHSS score,standards of the Barthel index score,every stroke TCM syndrome integral criteria,the clinical efficacy of treatment group was obviously better than the control group,the treatment methods in improving the patients neurologic deficits,improve the patients’ daily life ability,and improve the signs and symptoms of a stroke patients has obvious advantage.(5)DanQitongluo Decoction is changed to cure stroke recovery dialectical Qi deficiency Blood stasis type of curative effect,and clinical convenient operation and high safety,is worth to promoting.
